Spotless clean and great facilities. If we had forgotten to take anything they would definitely already have it in the accommodation. My 2 little dogs loved daily walks by the Loch and the location was very peaceful and beautiful.

The accommodation was changed to an apartament with sea view at Quay view. It was the best stay in Stranraer so far. We stayed only one night because I was on call but I higly recommend to stay there a couple of days and just explore the surroundings. The apartament has everything that you need, it is cozy and warm , and has comfy beds.

    Lovely large villa. Excellent front room dual aspect overlooking the loch. Room was large with a super king bed. There was plenty of choice at breakfast, cereals,fruit and different berries, yogurts and hot options as well. This breakfast set you up for the day. When we visit Stranraer again we would certainly rebook.

    Jo who seems to be the host was wonderful. The breakfast which was cooked by Sam was beautiful. Our room was so lovely and exceptionally clean. Outside of that the village itself was so loverly and quiet.

    This is a very classy guest house ... the welcome was warm, the room (along with bathroom) huge and very tastefully furnished. Set in a nice quiet village around 10 mins from Stranraer and another 10 mins to the Irish ferries ... you won't do better elsewhere

    Location was fantastic beautiful views from the property good cycling and walking from the property also having the great little private beach within close walking distance from the property to fish from sadly no fish should have fish more. Having the wonderful fishing village of PortPatrick so close was fantastic. The hosts Kay and Ian were very helpful .

    The cottage was in a beautiful, tranquil location and well positioned to visit places of interest such as Logan Botanic Gardens, Castle Kennedy Gardens, the Mull of Galloway with its fabulous cliffs and lighthouse and local coastal villages like Portpatrick. It was also a very easy journey into the Forest of Galloway and the Galloway mountains and Loch Trool. The cottage was spotless and extremely well equipped and the hosts were friendly and helpful.

    The cottage was very cosy and peaceful. It had everything we could possibly have wanted, including well equipped kitchen, TV with loads of channels for cosy evenings in, a fab shower. It was spotlessly clean. I have never been in a holiday home as clean as this was. Our hosts were really lovely, friendly and helpful The location was beautiful and though it was away from it all, we were still able to walk into town (good exercise). The cottage has a small conservatory looking onto a courtyard which was a real sun trap.
