The hosts are very nice and hospitable people, very friendly. The apart is clean, it's got a kitchenette with a stove and a fridge. Excellent location, just 8-10 minutes' walk to the Fortress. They serve nice tasty breakfast. We liked our stay.

Super friendly owner, clean room with private bathroom, very good location, very tasty breakfast and dinner! I really love Nato's food. She also helped me to arrange a driver to Vardzia, Khverti Fortress, Sapara Monastery at a reasonable price (the driver is also good)! I had a good time in Akhaltsikhe.

I stayed in many small family hotels in Georgia, and Hotel Beni is the best my experience. So I can not rate it less, than 10. Big, light, clean rooms, close to the Rabat (and with a view from the rooms on the 2nd floor). Cozy inner yard, where you can drink wine and relax. Good breakfast with absolutely amazing layered khachapuri. And ruins of the Turkish baths of XVII century right on site. Incredible!

The location is amazing, right in front of the old citadelle. The room was spacious and comfortable, albeit a bit hot, but that was soon fixed with the AC. The breakfast they offered was big and diverse and we loved the staff, especially Mrs. Svetlana! She even gave us free homemade wine as we arrived (2 glasses!).
