It was fabulous to stay here! I'm grateful to the hosts for creating such an amazing atmosphere and vibe in this place. They are very pleasant, friendly, and hospitable persons) I'm sure such people attract only similar ones because all the families from different countries who stayed here simultaneously were also really pleasant. It was like a rest with a big family in the relatives' private house)) Also, I was glad to share and celebrate my birthday with them together, it was awesome! A couple of words about the place: - It's a big house with separate family suits and a common large kitchen with several stoves, fridges and dining accessories. There is a barbecue zone and a garden nearby - Our suite had two separate rooms with a huge cozy double bed, two single beds, and one more double bed with a bit smaller size - Also, there is a washing machine (good idea!) - Large place for parking cars - There is a wild, beautiful beach with magnetic sand located about 400 meters (5-7 min by foot) All facilities are in perfect condition, it's absolutely clean and fresh. This place can be reached by car. It's located in the southern part of Shekvetili, far from the crowd and noisy place. You should turn from the main highway at Musician Park, then turn left on the first cross, and continue to drive straight about 2 km. Note: The last 400 m of the road are unpaved; be careful. property is an excellent choice for a family holiday, offering a full range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. We stayed in the villas ( wonderfully family running business) , which were very well equipped, including high-quality mattresses, a washing machine, and a stove for self-catering. The hotel grounds feature a private swimming pool that is consistently clean and well maintained, as well as spacious areas for walking. The on-site restaurant provides a wide selection of delicious dishes to suit every taste. In addition, the property is only a two-minute walk from a beautiful beach with unique sulfur-magnetic therapeutic sand. We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay and look forward to returning in the future.

I loved eco-house and felt myself like home there. The area is great, within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The room is clean and cozy having everything to relax: comfortable bed, air conditioner, small balcony with sea view. Breakfast was homemade and delicious.. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming. New and extremely nicely decorated hotel. The flat is also very nicely furnished. The private kitchen is very convenient and was fully equipped. The bathroom has a lovely rain shower. Towels, soaps and shampoo were provisies. Everything was perfectly clean. The air conditioning did an excellent job. The WiFi, with its own router in the room, was good and fast. Lovely swimming pool The owners pay a lot of attention to the hotel and are incredibly friendly. Even the damage we had caused to the ceiling, they did not want to be reimbursed. Excellent location, close to the beach and the centre. Parking in front of the door. Excellent price-quality ratio. Highly recommended.

    The villa is in a calm location, far from busy cities. The beach is close and as you may know most of the beaches of Georgia are not sandy and have big stones. But Shekvetili beach is almost sandy. The host is kind and hospitable and shared kitchens have acceptable facilities.

    The villa itself is very fresh, least to say. So fresh that we had to remove packaging materials from the fridge. Beds were comfy enough. Pool is fairly good. Location's good as well - second line from the coast.

    Villa is located in quiet village very close to the see. It’s equipped very well, there were everything we may need for rest in the house, and it is even better than on photos. Location is suitable for slow chilling with family next to the beach among pine trees. I definitely would love to stay here next time.

    It is a great place for a family vacation. You get the whole villa, which is fully furnished. All necessary amenities are available. It is not far from the sea. The magnetic sandy beach is very quiet and is regularly cleaned. The host, Vaja, is very welcoming. THANKS!
