I recently stayed at this hotel in Tbilisi and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, and и the housekeeping staff did an excellent job every day. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring all our needs were met promptly. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi. It made our stay memorable and comfortable. We will definitely be returning!

This is an excellent place to stay in Tbilisi. Clean, comfortable and with great facilities, even a washing machine! The host is super responsive and the lady who looks after the property is truly welcoming and very helpful. The stairway leading up to the guest house is not well looked after but once you are inside everything is modern and spotlessly clean. We liked it so much, we stayed twice!

First of all, without exaggeration, this is the best apartment owner I have ever deal with. I spent 21 nights in this apartment. The owner of the apartment was very helpful. He took care of constantly cleaning the apartment and changing the bedding. From time to time he visited us and offered us wine and some Georgian sweets. We were a family of 4 persons (2 adults and 2 kids) . The apartment had a suitable size and all requirements were available The apartment has a very excellent location, and I advise anyone visiting Tbilisi to choose this apartment because of its distinctive location, next to you is the metro station and a central market in addition to many vital areas. Note: If you want to go to distant cities, the property owner can deliver you at a very, very reasonable price We wanted to go to Gudauri and our landlord gave us a lift In the end, I would like to thank the property owner. You made our visit to Georgia unforgettable, and we will certainly return to the same place soon.

    It's a nice apartment close to Liberty square. There are two bedrooms with double bed and 2 single beds and sofa bed at living room/kitchen. All the equipment was standard for Tbilisi and good for our stay. You can use courtyard for free parking. There seems to be many short term rental apartments at this building but it was very quiet and peaceful all the time. Owner waited us in front of the house at the early morning.

    Appartement is spotless clean. The owner is always happy and open for help and gives a valuable recommendations for Simcard, Groceries,Taxi App Hairdryer and Iron vad in high quality. Door is so safe. Grocery is close and sales a village product which was perfect.

Owner is always present as she lives in the same building.
