The apartment offered all you needed for a normal sleep, including a nice bed, fresh clean bed linen, a large comfortable sofa, an armchair, and chairs. There was even a washer and an ironing board with an iron. The bathroom included a shower and both cold and hot water. There was a hairdryer. The kitchen featured a refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, and dishes, plates, cups, glasses of different sizes, spoons, forks, knives, etc..

We had an amazing stay at this apartment. The host was very welcoming, the service and facilities were really good. It is a very calm area, and we had a really good view of the entire old Tblisi city from the living room and the open terrace. This spot was just 1-1.5km away from the main areas of Old Tblisi (Rustaveli Avenue, Freedom Square, Galleria Mall, Peace bridge and more). There are lots of small Bakery, Cafes, Restaurants around the place, from where you could try traditional Georgian cuisine. One the whole, we loved our stay at this beautiful apartment. It was totally worth for the amount we paid.

Would highly recommend for a solo traveller, maybe a bit squeeze for 2 or 3 people. Great location, clean and comfortable bed. On a fair major road, but when I stayed on a Tuesday and Wednesday night in June, I wasn’t bothered by any noise. Shower works well and has reliable hot water. Manana was kind enough (with advanced notice) to check me in at 5 am (I had booked that night and the next, so it wasn’t an early check-in). She also lent me a bowl and spoon for breakfast. The little fridge is a big asset. A really good value proposition.

    It's a nice apartment close to Liberty square. There are two bedrooms with double bed and 2 single beds and sofa bed at living room/kitchen. All the equipment was standard for Tbilisi and good for our stay. You can use courtyard for free parking. There seems to be many short term rental apartments at this building but it was very quiet and peaceful all the time. Owner waited us in front of the house at the early morning.

    Appartement is spotless clean. The owner is always happy and open for help and gives a valuable recommendations for Simcard, Groceries,Taxi App Hairdryer and Iron vad in high quality. Door is so safe. Grocery is close and sales a village product which was perfect.

    The owner is really helpful and gives so much useful information for Som Card،Exchange,Taxi App. Apartment is spotless,bedshit, bed and pillows are in Hotel quality,and White. Owner is always present as she lives in the same building. It is located in the old city , nearby is grocery with village fruits and vegetables plus Georgian bread, hairdryer and iron are the best,All needs forfills of the owner shortly
