We stayed one night in Tsotne's kingdom, we booked 2 rooms to accommodate us 4. Tsotne welcomed us in the late evening, helped us park to car and showed us around. The rooms a very clean, nicely decorated and beds were comfy. But the best was yet to come - in the morning our kid enjoyed playing with Tsotne's kids and we got served the best breakfast we had in Georgia, and maybe even in Europe for the last few years. Tsotne's mother prepared for us salad, french fries, gnocchi, pancakes and some rolls together with tea and coffee. After such breakfast we had the power to climb for 3 hours all possible stares and visited all the caves in the Vardzia and did not feel hungry :) Overall great experience and we are super happy from Tsotne's Kingdom. Warmly recommended!

Location is perfect. Rural bucolic setting right by the entrance to Vardzia. Owner makes you feel at home. He is so welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and abundant.

Everything is great. Location is great, near river and on the half way to Varzdia. Breakfast is amazing too. Recommend this guesthouse for everyone.

If I could rate this guesthouse any higher we surely would. We had an absolutely amazing stay and it was with a heavy heart leaving. When arriving we were welcomed by the entire family. Natali is a superb cook, serving traditional Georgian food that is all home made from the garden. Koba shared with us his home made wine and vodka and together with his wife Angelina gave us a look into the traditions of a Georgian home. The guesthouse is close to Vardzia, only a few minutes drive. When visiting I wholeheartedly recommend staying here to experience the real Georgia. Gaumarjos!!

We spent one night in the wooden house “Tsunda” and we would have liked to stay there longer. They were super friendly and the food was really tasty. They also gave us their homemade wine which was also delicious. The accommodation had everything you need. There is also a spring on site where you can get fresh water. Since we were alone on the site, they turned off the lights for us at night so we could see the stars, which was beautiful. If you are there by car, we recommend you go to the Sulfur Baths near Vardzia. It looks strange from the outside, but it was a great experience to go into the river after swimming in the hot spring. We would have liked to have spent more time at the Wooden House “Tsunda” to take a longer look at the surroundings and spend another night in the quiet accommodation. If we are in Georgia again we will definitely come here again!

The friendliest, most welcoming guesthouse you will ever find. The owner made us feel like part of the family immediately, offering us his homemade chacha and snacks as a welcome and chatting with us throughout the evening. The room for the four of us was spacious and perfect for four students. The garden and the views from the balcony were lovely with the owner's puppy also being one of the highlights! There are stores, bakeries, restaurants etc. really near the place and the region's scenery is just epic!
