Great little space with such a welcoming and helpful host, Joseph. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with the basics expected of a studio; we were also offered a portable beach umbrella, which was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again if we return to Agia Roumeli.

Very quite place with nice beach and free kayaks. The apartment is very basic but nice and has a great view. The hosts are really nice and welcoming, taking care for everything you need. The food in the restaurant is delicious. Great atmosphere.

The apartment was beautiful, clean and well furnished. There were two balconies with wonderful views of the sea and mountains. It was lovely to watch the wild goats on the mountain side The hostess was delightful and extremely helpful and friendly. The beach was a short walk away as were the restaurants and bars. Everyone was very friendly.

Best stay in Sougia. The apartments are furnished with class (rock and wood), the bed is comfortable and the location is excellent (close to Sougia but in the serenity of the mountains). Go check out the Rebetiko restaurant in Matala, run by the same family. Amazing food!

Great, peaceful location without mass tourism; Sofia is an excellent host. She was always ready to help, answering almost immediately; the house is huge and fully equipped, with perfect views onto the mountains and the village; the road from Chania is perfect, we used to drive it every night without any problems. You can easily park next to the door.

This was an exceptional apartment. The design was a lovely mix between modern and traditional style, with a huge verandah and beautiful views. It was very clean and comfortable, and had nice courtyard and pool. The town is tiny and we really enjoyed relaxing here. The absolute stand-out however was the fantastic restaurant across the road (run by the owner of the apartment), which served some of the best food we ate in Crete!
