Villa Theodora was a great place to stay in! The location is perfect, the room is equipped with anything that you may need for a short or even a longer stay in that area! It is clean and nice everywhere in the villa! Furhtermore, the attitude of the landlord and the chambermaid is amazing and I would definitely reccommend anyone who is willing to go to this part of the world, to reserve a room in Villa Theodora!

Very kind hosts! The rooms are very large, clean and in a very good location! You have to go to a nice beach by car! Fishing is allowed everywhere!

We had the greatest experience one can imagine in this apartment. The host family is the kindest people we have ever met, they welcomed us as a family, really. They stayed at the same house and were there for us if we needed anything. The apartment itself has a separate entrance, nice terrace and a very beautiful garden area which is pleasant to look at and to be in. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and super clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and the fridge is big. There is also a place for barbeque. The small supermarket is next door. The big ones you can find in Xanthi. This apartment in Melissa is a great starting point to explore the region. The nicest beaches are 13-30 min drive, many have Blue flags. The city of Xanthi is 15 min away by car, historical Kavala is a little more than half-hour drive. Also you can take a ferry to Tasos island from the port of Keramoti which is very close to Melissa. We also went to Galany beach, wich is at the bay of Nestos river among beautiful mountains. I have already started to dream about another visit next summer!
