    The house is exactly as in pictures.excellent view,cool inside due to its location,we slept with the windows entirely open at night cause there are mosquito nets all around,easy parking just outside the house. Internet connection was excellent,so as the communication with the owner. Overall it is a holiday house that we would love to revisit many times in the future. Even our son,13yrs old,just loved it.

    Marios was a great host, waiting for my arrival in advance! Very communicative, shared his love for the island, pointing out things to do, places to eat at, etc The house is a dream, very clean and has an awesome view of the whole village of Ioulis! A jewel in Ioulida! I felt really welcomed and enjoyed a lot my first stay in this island! Thank you for your warm presence and for making my stay unforgettable Marios!

    The room was very clean and big as well. Perfect for a family of four. The location is good. 2 minutes from the main village Ioulida and 6 mins drive from the port. In addition the owners were very good and kind to us. They allowed us to check in earlier and leave later than the usual.

    Beautiful villa furnished with style, spotlessly clean and with a breathtaking view, equipped with a swimming pool (cleaned daily) and a convenient parking space inside the property. Excellent location, close to the main village of the island, Loulida, where two of the best restaurants on Kea are located. Iason, the owner, is a lovely person who gave us very useful suggestions.
