Lovely clean, basic rooms in the centre of Old Kalamaki. Dionysius was very helpful and a great host. Very pretty courtyard from French doors out of the apartment and really quiet. Aircon was fantastic (all included in the price along with the safe and fridge)and local room tax only €3.50 for the entire week! Beach about 3 mins walk. Lots of restaurants close by - I would recommend Nectar. For a swim - Antonis Pool Bar also 2 min walk open to all. Fantastic value and a great trip.

We loved everything about our Asteri studio. The location is ideal for the shops & restaurants as the main street is just a few minute's walk away. The beautiful Kalamaki beach is only a ten minute walk and the sand & water there are just perfect. Our studio was cleaned every day, always so nice & fresh. We had a lovely patio where we sat out most evenings & enjoyed a chat with our host Vasso & her husband Pedro. Our wonderful host Vasso really went out of her way to make us feel so welcome & could not do enough for us. We would really recommend Asteri Studios & will definitely be back there soon.

Nona’s house was such a pleasant surprise! The property was extremely clean and had everything you needed for your stay. The pool was fantastic and well maintained. Alexandros our host was great too and kept checking up on us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We also loved the fact that there was a cat at the Villa, please consider feeding him if you do stay! Please don’t be put off by the lack of reviews on here, not only was our stay great but it was easily the best priced villa I could find for our group!

Great little rooms, kitchenette was well stocked the crockery and cutlery. Could have done with a toaster but the grill in the oven was usable. Nice atmosphere, nice people a a good sized room. I will definitely be coming here again. Recommended 👍

Babis Studios is situated in a very good area in kalamaki, close to the sea (5 min walk tops), and also close to the main road where all the stores and the tavernas are, but at the same time far enough for it to not be affected by the noise pollution of the cars. Everything was perfect! Excellent choice in Zakynthos! Really nice and modern apartment in the heart of Zakynthos, best location (just 1 street away from top area)! Really spacious, comfortable, new and has everything you need, even wash maschine and dryer. I would definitely recommend it! Loved it and didn’t want to leave, beds were very comfortable, exeptional!

    We loved everything about this villa, there is nothing bad to say. The villa was stunning with fantastic facilities too. The owner Harris was brilliant, always on hand happy to help. He also has a bar called Iguana Bar which is a minutes walk which is also amazing! Lovely staff and delicious food at really good prices! We will definitely be going back, loved every minute. 2 adults 2 children aged 11 and 13 - was perfect and catered for us all.

    One of the best villas we have ever booked in Greece. The villa was perfectly clean and had everything you need. The hosts are very hospitable. The location is very convenient for a quiet holiday. By car you can reach all the most beautiful beaches in 10 - 40 minutes. We traveled as a family of four (two adults, two children).

    Location was perfect, quiet and secure with a short taxi to Laganas. Giota the host was amazing and provided a luxury airport taxi for our group. She is always available for questions and queries and helped us have a perfect holiday. The villa was immaculate and pool/garden was perfect for our group of 8. Would 10/10 recommend!

    A lovely clean villa with lots of space and a beautiful pool. Evie was very responsive to messages and booked us a taxi to and from the villa. They kindly left us some water and fruit on arrival. The villa is a minutes walk from a local greek resturant and then a further ten minutes to the main part of Kalamaki, We also walked to the lovely sandy beach. Linen, bath towels and beach towels were all supplied. We had a lovely stay and highly recommend.
