Everything! Very efficient communication, flawless check-in, easy parking right in front (public street but lots of space), high-tech air purifier, efficient AC, super luxurious design, the most comfortable bed on the planet, sleek bathroom (with a fun window!), clean design and clean space. They also offer a sightseeing guide, have superb wifi, and there was a little balcony to hang clothes on to dry. I felt like the room was built yesterday and just for me :D About 15-minute walk to the heart of downtown, following a lovely locomotive park. One of my Top 3 hotel deals on my month in Greece; will always be back here when in Kalamata (which is a great city with a very friendly atmosphere).

The host was very friendly and helpful and provided recommendations for our stay around Kalamata. The host was personally present during the breakfast, ensuring that we had everything and also to provide some social ambiance. The pools and jaccuzzi were readily available for the children to use and they enjoyed it, even though we visited in month of November. Overall, it was a great stay.

Since this was the first time we stayed at Mantinia Bay Hotel, we can say it was exactly what we needed and we were delighted with the place. We stayed in one of the apartments and it was very spacious with a nice terrace and a small kitchen corner, which to be honest we didn't use for cooking but it was still very useful to have. The bed was huge and very comfortable and the cleaning service was very detailed. We didn't miss any accessories, even if we didn't find something in our room upon arrival we received it the next day. There were enough parking places in the hotel's parking. The hotel beach is across the street and there are enough sunbeds for the guests. Since we were trying every day for lunch another taverna, we only had lunch once at the hotel, but it was good. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, but nothing fancy or extraordinary ( which was not what we were looking for anyway ), and it worked perfectly with the timeless Greek village feeling that you have there. And last, but definitely not least, the personnel was friendly and always there to help. One thing that needs mentioning, the beaches in that area are rocky, not sandy, beaches. It took us probably 2 days to get used to, but then we were just fine with it since the rocks were round and not pointy, and in the end we actually loved it, it was a good daily reflexology :D A small tip, wait in the water for the sun to set behind the mountain across the gulf. We loved it, including our 4 years old.

10+ It was one of the best of our accommodations in Peloponnese so far! New apartment, prepared for the guests to come with such great care and kindness! Excellent instructions provided by the hosts. Smooth key pad handling. Very clean apartment! TV, WIFI. Fully equipped kitchen, from utensils, laundry and dish washer, coffee machine and kettle to the laundry detergent, coffee, thee, spices, etc. A huge refrigerator with freezer and a big shower, excellent bathroom toiletries, clean towels. A complete First Aid Kit kindly put together by the hosts, Tasos and Maria with such great compassion for their guests! The king size bed was perfect, excellent mattress, and lights, AC in both rooms. Parking easy to find nearby the building. Quiet and safe location, somewhere near centre of Kalamata, near to shops and you can easily reach the beach by car or even by walking short distance. we had a great stress-free stay and we feel very comfortable recommending the Studio w/king size bed near the Heart of Kalamata to our friends and to everyone wanting to have a wonderful stressless experience in beautiful Kalamata of Peloponnese Peninsula.     The hosts were incredible and by far the best hospitality we have experienced in recent years. The villa was amazing, spacious, great swimming pool and very well equipped. Located in the outskirts of Kalamata in a location full of olive trees and lots of palm trees and green in the garden. The outdoors facilities were amazing meaning that you can spend most of the time by the pool.

    We had an amazing stay at Senso! The villa was in a great location, close to town, restaurants and the beautiful beaches. The host Panos was very responsive and met us on arrival to show us around and ensure we were comfortable for our stay. The villa was clean and spacious for our group of 5 and had everything you would need for a holiday stay. Just like a home away from home! The pool was such a plus, especially on some of the really hot days we experienced during our stay. We look forward to returning!
