We were welcomed by Paulina, the maid, and she showed us to our room. The room was not large but was very clean with a large shower and bathroom. We were welcomed with a carafe of wine and appetizers, which was a nice surprise after traveling. The beach was right outside our door with comfy beach loungers and umbrellas. Paulina recommended a restaurant a short walk on the beach which was on the water and delicious. We had been staying in Oia for 4 nights prior to arriving here. Our only regret is that we didn't stay here instead of Oia for our time in Santorini.

Good location by the beach, good view, good room. Warm welcome by Irene. She arranged airport pick up, waiting for us at the property, arrange local tour and almost everything so well. There was welcome drink a bottle of wine, fresh fruits and replenishment of drinking water.

wonderful accommodation. Shaded terrace with tree. beautifully furnished apartment and kitchen. A quiet and undisturbed place to relax. About five minutes to the beach via a private path past the church. I recommend it to everyone who wants to be in the town and still live in privacy a short distance from the beach. We loved our stay at Ancient Thera Studios! It exceeded all our expectations! The hosts were great and made sure we had everything we needed! This is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach and shops! This spot has a pool too which we enjoyed all through the day! Very good value for money, would love to come back again soon!

Very pleasant complex in quiet setting close to Kamari Beach. Excellent pool, and playground for the kids. Good continental breakfast. Owner is hands-on, and very socialable, and was a great help assisting us. I'd be happy to stay here again.

    I can’t rate this place high enough. One of the best places where I have stayed. The location and view are BEAUTIFUL! Everything about this place was amazing, from the beauty of the place, the village where it is located, the staff, the comfort, the spotless clean rooms, the breakfast, the details, the cat, the recommendations and help provided by Petros and Stamatis and the friendliness of Ekaterina. They do take care of everything. Amazing experience! Best place to stay in Santorini! Thank you for the great time.

    Would highly recommend Joanna Villas, it exceeded our expectations. Great Villa tastefully decorated with a lovely pool. Located perfectly in Kamari, quite and also close to restaurants and the beach. The host Vangelis was exceptionally helpful, always available with the best advice on where to go, making our first trip to Santorini memorable. Thank you.

    The location is amazing overlooking the village yet 5 minute walk to the beach. The room was clean, minimal decor, white, comfortable, quiet, with AC and private bathroom and porch. Breakfast absolutely delicious.

    Hello We stayed in a guest house in July, we really enjoyed the generous hospitality, the owners of the guesthouse are amazing, friendly and generous, we loved everything view from the room, breakfast, location, exceptional cleanliness. Everything was excellent. Many thanks to the host of the guest house and to Larisa for the heartwarming treatment and pleasant feeling they gave us. We strongly recommend staying in the Villa Anneta If we were to return to Santorini we would only stay at this place...

    This was the perfect holiday home for us - really beautiful and spacious house and outdoor spaces. Near to bakery , supermarked, restaurants and beach/village, situated in a quiet residential area. Glykeria was a really good and attentive hostess. We would love to come back!
