We’re very satisfied with our experience in Ble Island. The room was perfectly clean, our towels were changed every 2/3 days, wi fi was working with no problems. Stefanos, the owner was very responsive and kind and Christina, the housekeeper was so friendly and eager to help us with everything that we needed. The room was more spacious than we expected and fully equipped. The pool isn’t big, but it’s perfect for the morning or afternoon swim. The beach is only 6/7 minute walk away. All in all, if we ever come to Analipsi again we would definitely choose this property.

Place was prepared for our arrival. There was clean, calm and cozy. Hospitality and politeness of the host was extraordinary. I would come back there with pleasure. Please note that house which is suggested by Google Maps is not a correct place. It is house right after marked one, with “HOME” sign.

The apartment was wonderful, at the top of the building and with big terrace. It is located directly by the seaside promenade of Hersonissos. The host was great and very helpful in every thing we asked him about. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty and according to our personal needs. The apartment was equipped in everything needed and in the refrigerator there were some products for as as well as fruits on the table, all free! If we will visit Crete in the future we will stay in these apartments for sure! By the way - in the building there is a lift so it was easy to get to the apartment.

Check-out guests are offered a luggage storage facility and an opportunity to shower (with clean towels, soap and a foot scrub🙂) incase your flight is scheduled for a much later time after checkout. With this, they also provide you a key to accesses these facilities 24/7 and once you are done you just leave the key at the reception desk - this for me is a super plus!! The hosts, including the cleaning staff, are extremely friendly and welcoming and very responsive - anything you need, they are at your disposal. With the room comes a welcoming treat which is left in your room….another super plus!! I’ll definitely be returning!!

When we arrived, Iaanis was already there to meet us with the keys. He showed us around the flat, showing us how everything worked, including the safe, air con, etc. He let us know that we could contact him at any point for any help or anything we needed. The flat was extremely secure with a full alarm system available to use. When we were struggling to get back into the flat on the first night, I messaged Iaanis, who rang me within 1 minute to talk me through how to open the door. The flat has been refurbished to an extremely high standard with all the facilities you could ever need. Iaanis even let us stay later on our final day as we had a late flight and there were no guests the following day, which was so so helpful! Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely return!

Had a very nice stay at this place with a couple of friends. Short walk to the beach, where there are lots of restaurants. We were very pleased by all the amenities in the residence. We used the bbq a lot, as well as the dishwasher and the washing-machine, for which everything needed is provided. The place is very remote. There is only one rental villa next to it, but the outdoor-lounge of that place is as far away as possible, so the noise of the guests didn't bother us at all.

Me and my friends had an absolutely wonderful stay at Resort Village apartment! The owners went above and beyond to ensure that our time there was enjoyable and stress-free. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. The apartment was not only clean and beautifully decorated, but it also had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The owners' attention to detail and their genuine care for their guests truly set this place apart. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

    We had a wonderful stay in the villa, everything was new, perfectly clean, fully equipped kitchen, perfect location next to local beaches but also walking distance from the city center. The hosts are the nicest people, we were amazed by their hospitality (which is rare in many places we travel) ,extremely helpful and friendly !! We highly recommend this stay !!!

    It was a really nice experience to stay in this villa and the manager Pol made it even better. The Villa was beautiful and modern and has most of the things one needs, especially the beautiful pool. Pol also made the life on the island a lot easier as he is connected with a lot of people and can help one at all times if you need his help or advise. All in all it was definitely a wonderful experience

    Very clean, comfortable and relaxed. Excellent location in the village. Staff here were immensely friendly, fun and helpful. Their restaurant has fabulous food. We would most definitely recommend to anyone. It is great value for money. Very Basic but a great alternative to the 5* expense, which honestly is not needed in Koutouloufari.
