Everything was nice. The managers are great people, very professional and always available to assist and help if needed. The location near the sea and the city center but very quiet, also great for exploring the area. I higly recomend this place. When we arrived, Iaanis was already there to meet us with the keys. He showed us around the flat, showing us how everything worked, including the safe, air con, etc. He let us know that we could contact him at any point for any help or anything we needed. The flat was extremely secure with a full alarm system available to use. When we were struggling to get back into the flat on the first night, I messaged Iaanis, who rang me within 1 minute to talk me through how to open the door. The flat has been refurbished to an extremely high standard with all the facilities you could ever need. Iaanis even let us stay later on our final day as we had a late flight and there were no guests the following day, which was so so helpful! Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely return!

Had a very nice stay at this place with a couple of friends. Short walk to the beach, where there are lots of restaurants. We were very pleased by all the amenities in the residence. We used the bbq a lot, as well as the dishwasher and the washing-machine, for which everything needed is provided. The place is very remote. There is only one rental villa next to it, but the outdoor-lounge of that place is as far away as possible, so the noise of the guests didn't bother us at all.

    Villa Iokasti is a great choice to stay in Koutouloufari . The host and the staff are very kind and helpful. They made us feel like at home. Inside the room we had everything for comfortable staying. The room was spotless. The area near the pool is very nice with a great view of the sea. The service was also good. I will definitely recommend this accommodation for my family and friends. Hope to visit this place again.

    We had a wonderful stay in the villa, everything was new, perfectly clean, fully equipped kitchen, perfect location next to local beaches but also walking distance from the city center. The hosts are the nicest people, we were amazed by their hospitality (which is rare in many places we travel) ,extremely helpful and friendly !! We highly recommend this stay !!!

    It was a really nice experience to stay in this villa and the manager Pol made it even better. The Villa was beautiful and modern and has most of the things one needs, especially the beautiful pool. Pol also made the life on the island a lot easier as he is connected with a lot of people and can help one at all times if you need his help or advise. All in all it was definitely a wonderful experience

    Very clean, comfortable and relaxed. Excellent location in the village. Staff here were immensely friendly, fun and helpful. Their restaurant has fabulous food. We would most definitely recommend to anyone. It is great value for money. Very Basic but a great alternative to the 5* expense, which honestly is not needed in Koutouloufari. We will definately be back. Sue & Steve (uk).
