This is an excellent guest house located in the historical centre of the wonderful Kos in a calm and quite place. It is close to the harbour, all the good restaurants and the bus station, it will take you just few minutes to walk to the architectural sites of the city. Pauline, her husband and her sister are amazing hosts, they are very helpful, friendly and caring. We were happy to get to know this wonderful family. The room was very clean and spacious, the beds were very comfortable and we had all we needed for our 3 days stay. Even if you lack something Pauline and her family will sure help you out. The whole property is beautifully designed, with tastefully arranged gardens, buildings, and pool area. My studio apartment was spacious, very clean, and nicely decorated, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They prepared the room efficiently so I could check in a couple of hours earlier than usual, and they were also flexible on my departure day, allowing me to keep the room until later in the afternoon for a small fee, which was very convenient with my evening flight. Their hospitality truly stood out! ♡ The location was very convenient too, with a bike rental shop right across the street and supermarkets nearby.

This apartment got everything one may need on vacation. The flat offers a lot of space, 3 balconies and is also well-furnished. If you prefer to prepare a meal by yourself sometimes, kitchen's equipment is more than satisfying for a long stay. Moreover, one of the most relaxing beaches is just around 700 meter far away. You can reach the city for grocery & co in 2-3min by car. It takes you only 2-3 min drive to get to Lidl or max 5 min to touristic area with plenty of little stores, bars and restaurants. Moreover, you can enjoy sunrises and sunsets just from your balcony.

The division of the apartment into separate rooms, its location and the Greek style decoration were all excellent. I personally like the traditional style, while everything was also fully functional, clean and in top condition. We had a very comfortable stay, used the kitchen and the washing machine, enjoyed an early morning swim 50 meters from the apartment and went to visit all the main attractions in Kos Town on foot. We also managed to park close to the apartment every day.

I stayed in this beautiful penthouse apartment for 3 days and my holiday was just perfect. Mr. Stavros met me when arrived and gave me all the necessary information and tips to visit Kos in the best way. He was really the kindest host, he lives in the same building so he is at your disposal all the time, in case you need. The apartment is super clean, very cozy, it has an amazing terrace with a beautiful view on Kos Town. Its position is excellent. About 5 min from the main bus stop and from the port.

    From start to finish we had the most amazing stay. The staff, katerina and everyone else looked after us to the highest standards. The villa was exceptional, watching the sunsets by the pool and having your own privacy. Would recommend having a car for the stay to get in and out of the town.
