Quiet location outside Kryopigi, avoiding the tourist jams but easily accessible and not far away from the Kryopigi village centre (you could walk there but you would need a car if you are with kids or if you would like to visit other nearby villages). The beach is 5 minutes walk (somewhat steep path among greenery), secluded and wild, feels like your own private beach (wear water shoes as it is rocky in the beginning). The yard is well groomed, with a treehouse and hammocks. The view from the terrace is magnificent. We only stayed for two days so we did not use the facilities in the studio but it seemed to have everything necessary if you wanted to cook. Rita and Stefanos were warm and welcoming hosts that provided us with recommendations on all questions that we had. A relaxing getaway at the end of the summer season.

If you want something special this is it, it's a 5-star hotel that includes a natural private sea, a sea with so clean water so clear like a glass. Yulia from reception and her friend will help you with everything, she we make you feel most welcome there, like home, and the girls from the restaurant will make your stay there unforgettable they are so positive and kind, and the food is one big wow, they have an amazing chef, you will eat the most beautiful dishes ever, and taste real Greek cuisine, The she chef is one of a kind she is a Queen. The place is so clean you have no idea, the hygiene team is so professional that everything shines all day long, they keep the room so clean, it's simply fantastic. The girl who keeps clean and tidies the beach, makes the beach a special place always ready like just opened, perfect! We stayed at Penelope Luxury Suites and it was incredible. The apartment was spotless, nicely decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. The balcony was spacious and relaxing. The hosts Natasa and Dimitri made us feel welcome from the first moment they helped with recommendations and were so kind yet discreet. It’s peaceful yet close enough to beaches, tavernas and local shops. Would definitely come back and strongly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing stay in Halkidiki.

Definitely the best place to stay in Kalithea. Incredibly warm welcome and constant care and assistance for anything you need. Crystal clean rooms and a beautiful setting in the courtyard. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood, but still close to the beach and the center itself, restaurants, shops and supermarket. I recommend to everyone.

    We loved the location! The property is located very close to a beach with crystal clear turquoise waters but also close to the central street of the Kriopigi village. We loved the view of the small forest around the house full of pine trees and singing cicadas (the sound of Greek summer). The house was very clean and offered all the necessary amenities to make the vacation comfortable. We are thankful to our hosts who were very attentive to our every need🫶. We will definitely be coming back next year!

    Clean apartment with beautiful sea view and free parking in the back yard. Location is OK - 10-15 minutes from Kriopigi village on foot. There is a nice beach 7 minutes away on foot. It provides natural shades after 4 p.m.
