Nice, completely equipped and comfortable! Old Olive Tree Cottage house is equipped with everything you could need. Located in perfect, beautiful, safe and very quiet place. In addition with very nice, professional and helpful service from the owners. Such great location, in a beautiful olive grove, situated in a very quiet but safe place will made our stay unforgettable. The facility itself has a very large space and at the same time with such a huge number of amenities, relaxation becomes perfect. The facility had everything you could possibly need and even more, from a large swimming pool to a sauna, ping-pong table, washing machine and dryer and what important - an automatic ice maker. I even think that the description does not fully reflect the charm and value of the entire facility and place. Everything is excellent. Few minutes by car you can find and visit one of the most beautiful and large sandy beach in all of Greece without crowds of tourists. In South of Peloponnese and not far from Old Olive Tree Cottage house there are lots of beautiful places, tiny charming towns with beautiful views and attractions that you must visit and where you can eat very good local dishes. I really recommend this place!

John & Christos are fantastic people who happen to live in paradise. If you love nature, this is the place. Amazing landscapes, crystal clear water, secluded beaches, good food and an incredible garden. The house is brand new and originally decorated, and nothing beats the views from the room balcony. You will sleep perfectly. We wish we could come back every year.

Clean rooms. We had the little room facing the sea and we loved seeing the ferry boats coming in and out. Staff really friendly offered us a drink when we arrived. Rooms, clean & modern, bathroom tastefully refurbished.

We like the property location!!! It was on the uphill with an amazing view of the sea and Peloponnese mountains! The relaxing pool bed beside a swimming pool gave you the ultimate relaxation in your mind and your body!! It was my favorite spot at all times, but especially at sunset!!

The property was super well equipped. It had a coffee machine, a hairdryer, an iron, slippers, bottles of water, fruits, wine etc. The owner was really helpful and kind, he even gave us a small souvenir as a gift. The beds were so comfortable, even the mattress that was upstairs

    The villa is well equipped and comfortable with both a balcony and large patio. Two bathrooms were useful and the main shower was great. The grounds are very green and well kept, we had beautiful flowers around our villa. The beach near the villa was good for a quick dip but there is a good sandy beach 10 min drive away. The villa is well placed for trips to Elafonisos, Monemvasia and a very interesting petrified Forest.

    Good location. In the small, quiet village. Rooms on the ground floor have kitchen corner and are bigger than on the first floor. Tasty breakfast and very friendly staff.

    Property was beautiful! The pool was clean as well as the villa! Great location! We were able to drive just few minutes into Neopoli town for breakfast, coffee, and dinner. Very close to the port of Pounta to catch the ferry to Elafonissos to visit their pristine beaches- Simos was stunning! The villa also had plenty of space for my family of 5. I’d stay their again!
