Very clean, comfy beds , the 2 bedroom suite is great for 3-4 people . The upstairs room has its own bathroom , downstairs there is another one, so it’s really accommodating. Location is great, close to the restaurants, number of beaches . The apartment itself has everything you need .

It was very close to a tiny beach and we also had a porch where we could serve breakfast. The street was quiet and clean, with flowers. The owners provided us with a parking spot, which was great for us. They were very nice in accommodating our special needs (moving the furniture a bit in the bedroom) to make sure our child did not fall off the bed. The apartment has everything for a comfortable sleep (the mattress in the bedroom is very comfortable and the bed is large), appliances for a quick breakfast, and an espresso machine; we even had soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathroom, cleaning products and supplies.

We were overjoyed. The accommodation is clean, tidy and large. The rooms have air conditioners and wardrobes. There are towels, blankets and extra bedding in each closet. there is everything in the kitchen, scissors, ladles, forks, knives, even garbage bags. You can see that the accommodation is regularly maintained because it is literally like new. We are very satisfied. it had a spacious terrace. There are no channels on the TV, but there is excellent internet. The location is not on the beach itself, but it is a 5-minute walk to the beach. The center is very close. All in all perfect. It is in a quiet street so you have privacy. There is a free parking space in front of the accommodation. All in all, beautiful and highly recommended. The woman who owns it is great to communicate with, she regularly checked and responded to messages. If we would vacation in Nikiti again, we would book this accommodation again.

    The owners of Villa Askamnya are very nice and involved. They have a garden full of olive trees, figs and leanders. I think the swimming pools will be a great attraction, they were still working on some places, but everything was functional. The breakfast was generous, with many fresh fruits from the own garden. The beach is close.

    Absolutely amazing place! Wonderful view, fantastic house and great location, a bit off the crowded (but beautiful) Nikiti beach and still close enough to the sea, restaurants and shopping. The villa was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed plus there is a nice common area for grill and chill as well as garden where you can pick fresh herbs. Beach stuff like umbrellas was free to borrow if you want to go to one of the many beaches in the area without beach clubs and sunbeds.

    This place is a perfect holiday home. Located in the heart of Nikiti, close to restaurants, promenade, Nikiti beach and to super-markets. It is very clean, has AC in all the rooms and the beds are so comfortable. We enjoyed spending our vacation here and we highly recomend this place. Great for familys, it has 3 bedrooms.

    Lovely spacious, modern holiday home. Good kitchen and bathroom. Living space space was large and comfortable and the AC throughout was much appreciated during the heatwave. Bug screens on all windows and doors was a great touch. Location was nice and quiet and about 10 mins walk to the promenade with lots of restaurants and beach. Shops and supermarket also quite close.
