Zina, our hostess, was so helpful in procuring us reservations, transfers, tours… she made our stay incredible! The included breakfast was local and fresh. The location was perfect— at the edge of the pedestrian walk right where the sunset is most beautiful. We came right when things were starting to get busy, and the crowds aren’t as bad at our end, but things are nuts in the city center. The property really is as spectacular as the pictures. Oh, book in for meals because restaurants do fill up especially for groups. Zina can help! Book this if it is available!!

Truly exceptional. My wife and I stayed here for the first night of our honeymoon and we were over the moon with the view, the jacuzzi, the beautiful room & its cleanliness and finally, the hospitality of our amazing host, Olsi. The property is a 10 minute walk from the centre of Oia, which is perfect because it provides you with the privacy and quietness which is difficult to find in the centre of Oia. The host treated us like family and took amazing care of us. We really wish we could have stayed longer here in this amazing property.

The location was sensational, discreetly located, the best pool in Oia with a caldera view but only 5 mins walk from the main restaurants and shops in Oia. I researched where to stay and this looked amazing and it still exceeded expectations. Anastasia Kokosi was the perfect hostess, nothing was too much trouble. She and the rest of the staff couldn’t do enough for us.

The price of the villa was way cheaper than what it was worth.I have nothing to say we are in love with this place and will definitely visit again.If u have to book somewhere to stay it would be this place for sureee.It was a beautiful villa super clean which was really important to me modern and well designed.Hosts were amazing and reallyyy helpful and also the villa is like 3 minutes away from Oia and 15-20 to Fira and we didnt have to carry all our luggage around the stairs of fira and Oia and still got to see everything and enjoy everything.Book here and u will be 100% satisfied.

    We stayed in the 2-bedroom villa for 4 of us. Beautifully decorated rooms, comfortable beds and bathrooms. Lovely large lounge with fridge, kettle and coffee machine. We had a nice terrace where breakfast was served and our own plunge pool. Located in the small peaceful village of Filikia near Oia where there was a choice of 3 or 4 lovely tavernas within a couple minutes walk.

    Excellent location with stunning views! We had an incredible stay at Noelia Suites. The host Elena went above and beyond, her recommendations for restaurants and activities were excellent. The suite is so lovely and the jacuzzi on the rooftop gives you privacy and outstanding views. The suites are only a short walk to Oia - 10mins and out of the crowds! I would highly recommend a stay in one of these two villas.

    If you are looking for the perfect holiday house on Santorini look no further. This beautiful villa has everything you need and the furniture is brand new. The outside jacuzzi is a great bonus too! It's located in the quiet and very traditional village of Finikia so staying away from the more crowded and bustling streets of Oia will make you feel like a local. Eugenia was a fantastic hostess - very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. From the day we arrived to the day we left this was a 10/10 experience!
