The owner is super friendly and helpful. The apartments were modern and immaculate and the location suited us as it was quieter than the centre with good parking but easy to walk to where everything is lively. The best bit was the superb breakfast on the amazing roof terrace We shall definitely be coming back here every time we venture to Chalkadiki

Everything! A stellar vacation for us, had everything we needed - peace and quiet, comfort and great views, close enough to beaches but far enough to really relax. We even missed one beach day just to stay in and relax - it was that nice! Effie is an amazing host, it’s not just that she is nice, she really takes care to make your time as pleasant and trouble-free as possible. I am happy we trusted her with our first vacation away from the kid and we are sure to return!

Everyting was perfect! There isn't a single detail we would change. Apartment was spacious, clean, fully equuipped. Host pays attention to every single detail. It is obvious that it is constantly invested in apartments since everything looks like new and you can see that a lot of effort is put into making this place so beautiful. We went to the popular beach nearby but I couldn't wait to get back. Beach is rocky but after one meter in the water there is sand so it is perfect for children to play in the water. I wouldn't recomend place to the people who prefer parties, crowds and walks on the promenades. Next year same time, same apartment :-)

    Beautiful accommodation  , with wonderful views of the sea and the village, you need a car because you are 5km from the beach high on the hill in a beautiful village after an olive tree plantation. Breakfast was wonderful ,a single menu option but every day was different , the room was very nice. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you very much Tanya.

    Indeed, the name given to this house is deserved!👍 It is pleasant and relaxing to stay a few days in this traditional Greek location (from the decoration of the clean rooms to the delicious breakfast, prepared and arranged with a lot of heart and love by Tania's mother and Giannis' wife)! The hosts welcomed us with great warmth and politeness, they gave us all the information we needed, the stories about village Parthenonas, even the stories about greek food and cookies!

    The studios are situated in a lovely, picturesque village 10 minutes away from Neos Marmaras, surrounded by olive trees and with splendid views of the sea and Kelifos island. The place is impeccably clean, quiet, cozy and modern. Comfortable beds, nice terrace to serve dinner and admire the sunsets. Beautiful, small and clean swimming pool, a real plus especially when travelling with kids 😊 The hosts are warm and friendly, a very nice example of Greek hospitality, treating us with home made muffins, pancakes, donuts; kids loved this!

    Very quiet and charming village in the nice mountain, only 5-6 km from the beaches of Neos Marmaras, enough far from crowd, enough near the sea and beach. Best place if you are with a car in Sithonia. The house is very cozy and clean. The hospitality of Giannis is unsurpassed. Every morning Mrs Tania welcomes with delicious , homemade breakfasts. The view from the balcony of each rooms is amazing. 1000% recommended for relaxing and nice summer sea vacation.

    Beautiful village with very beautiful houses in traditional style. Amazing view from the top of the village. The road to the village is joyful, in the middle of olive trees with beautiful view to the mountain. Very beautiful, modern white studio equiped with everything you need. Clean pool. Lovely hosts.

    Very cosy, quiet, modern and clean apartment with a terrace and exceptional view of the sea and Kelifos island. The sunsets were gorgeous. The hosts are wonderful, Maria gave us many tips for visits and restaurants, Cristina made us a free omelette and muffins and was very sweet all round. The pool is also a very welcome feature of the villa and a great place to relax by. Our room also had a Nespresso machine!
