We were 16 hours delayed and arrived at 1AM and were met at the door to let us in - perfect! Vaso was amazingly kind and generous host. She helped us with transport to and from where we needed to go. We had an amazing stay! Everything is brand new, beautifully designed, and decorated with great taste. The host was truly exceptional – warm, welcoming, and made us feel more like friends than guests. During our stay, they surprised us with a bottle of delicious local wine – a kind and thoughtful gesture that really made our day. The property offers two lovely pools and convenient on-site parking. The location is excellent if you're traveling by car – there are many beautiful places and attractions just a short drive away. We would absolutely recommend this place and can’t wait to come back!

Excellent resort! The check in was super easy and the place exceed it our expectations! Very modern, clean rooms with all the amenities. The staff was super helpful and friendly and helped us to the maximum. The breakfast was small but really tasty and take care of. Souzana the host was really kind, very quick to reply and helped us with additional request. The flat was super comfy, felt at home. It also was very well equipped, with everything needed in the kitchen, toilet and bedroom. The location was also perfect, walking distance from waterfront and main shopping area.     The perfect holiday: instantly feels like home, extremely well made, impeccably clean, has two pools - strategically located so that one is in the shadow in the morning and the other in the afternoon. I am definitely coming back - and can’t wait! Btw Mitikas itself is also great: small village with great beach, cafes where they remember your preferences after two visits and start serving you “as usual”

    All was really good! We had a pleasant stay at Sezian! The staff was always helpful, the villa was being cleaned every day by their housekeepers, the pool guy also visited every morning to clean it up, very good value for the money! Child and animal friendly also! I highly recomend Sezian, if you like some privacy and quiet evenings and also for cleaning! ❤️

    We really enjoyed our stay at Versa’s Villas! The property is beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. The location is great to move around, and very close to the beach. The host was very friendly and welcoming. 10/10

    The property is in the basement of the villa above with its own private entrance. About two miles from Preveza centre but close to the beaches. Apartment was very clean and well equipped, the bed comfortable, kitchen basic and the bathroom small. We used it purely as a base to work on our boat based in Cleopatra marina and for the cost it was great.. Konstantinos the owner is very friendly, approachable and helpful. We hired a car which was a bonus.
