The friendliness of the staff, both the cleaners and the host liaison, made us feel immediately at ease and taken care of. Any issues or questions we had (such as re-setting the air conditioner and fixing a sticky door) were attended to promptly. From picking us up at the airport and then dropping us back off to meet our friends, to coming over to the villa to see how we are getting on, offering advice, calling maintenance guy to check on things and to even giving us jumpers for a boat trip to keep us warm.
