With most beautiful sea view for morning breakfast and coffee. and also for sunsets and evening yoga. Closes beach is nice, bit of rocky, but useful for the days you want to rest more.     Maria Village is great for families as is close to the beach ( 1 minute walk) and the shop is just accros the street. Lovely lady in reception, helping with all the questions. Hotel is located within 20 minutes walk to beautiful Karidi beach. If you looking for some relaxing time I'd recommend this hotel. Definitely will be back.

    The location of the villa was exactly what we wanted, far from the crowd. The room exceeded our expectations. The location is close to wonderful beaches (Vourvourou, Karidy, Latoura, Lagonisi max 10 minute by car). Eva was close to our needs. Wonderful taverns or stores can be found 10 minutes by car from the location. If you choose the option of accommodation with breakfast, you will not have a varied breakfast, but you will eat the wonderful jams made by Eva, the traditional Greek yogurt or the giant olives.

    We were 4 adults and 5 children and stayed for 10 days at the villa. It was a lovely stay. The amazing view is simply stunning, especially with the early morning coffee. There is a small, beatiful beach just in front of the villa, which feels like a private one. Fava beach is around 5 min walking. Generally the location of the villa is excellent, in very quiet place and at the same time with easy acces to the main road (to Nikiti or Sarti).

All studios and apartments have a huge terrace or courtyard on the ground floor, from which you can enjoy views of the sea, the island of Diasporos and Karidi Beach. A perfect location for Villa Thealos to visit the amazing beaches of Sithonia. The hosts are great, they are available to you at any time. See you again!

    - Beds and pillows are better than what we have at home - Modern appliances in the kitchen with everything you might need - The villas are decorated professionally and give you a very homey feel - Very big yard with multiple play options for kids - Nice pool, even tho not heated but generally the water was very warm - The private yard of your villa makes you feel like you are in your backyard, lots of places to sunbathe or grill you if want ( there is a professional gas grill in each of the villas )
