Its located just outside the main town up a track so it feels private but not secluded. As everyone else says the pool is great and the view wonderful. The outside dining area has had a small revamp since the pictures were taken and is even nicer in person. The hosts were very helpful and friendly and communication was effortless. He managed our transfer to the ferry, was always just a call away, we could use bikes, there is a laundry room at the villa which was very nice since we had been traveling for a while and were running out of clean clothes. The apartment is very close (50m) to the NOA beach restaurant and bar which has a nice beach, there is a food truck right next to it where we got coffee every morning.
