I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Mlini! The location is perfect – peaceful and charming, just a short walk from the beach and close to restaurants, shops, and public transport to Dubrovnik and Cavtat. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and had a beautiful view from the balcony. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering local tips and even arranging transportation for us. The atmosphere was relaxing and made us feel right at home. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a quiet and scenic place to stay near Dubrovnik. A true gem on the Adriatic coast!

Excellent location in Mlini - directly in front of the beach. Amazing views from the property. Solid Wi-Fi access. Real homely feel at the guesthouse. Great assistance & recommendations from Boško, the host. Takes barely 15 minutes by taxi from Mlini to the Dubrovnik Old Town, however, the Boat Taxi from the Mlini harbour is a much cooler option & also cheaper for a solo traveller (and definitely faster than a taxi during peak traffic times).

The guesthouse is located in a quite place, just a short walk to the Srebreno beach (around 15 min).On the way to the beach you can find a big supermarket Konzum (you can buy there groceries or clothes), a bakery with fresh local pastries and some restaurants. From the airport you can take Bolt, it costs around 15 eur or take a shuttle bus to Dubrovnik and then take bus No 10 or 16. Bus stops are within a few min walk from the .guesthouse. The location is really great, as you can easily go to Dubrovnik or other places around. We liked the possibility to make breakfast or dinner in the shared and well equipped kitchen and sit outside in the terrace or our balcony. The personnel was very friendly, especially big thanks goes to Katarina who every morning was greetig us witt a big smile :)) Best regards !

We had a great experience at apartment Marijana. In a nutshell: convenient location, good value and high standards. First of all the location is very convenient, close to the airport, centre of Dubrovnik and some of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia. Secondly, everything was working at the accommodation and of high standards. WIFI was fast, bed was comfy, every room has their own bathroom, airconditioning was adjustable in every room. From the terrace you can see the scenic mountains, the garden has lots of fruits and veggies and a warm welcome from the host with some fresh and homegrown figs and grapes made it complete. The sence was nice and calming. As a family of 5, we would highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely book again whenever in the area of Dubrovnik. Thanks again, we enjoyed our stay to the fullest and are grateful for this experience

Incredibly cozy villa! Very cute owners and a good-natured dog! The villa is ideally located away from the hustle and bustle, but at the same time close to the beach, bakery, shopping center and restaurants. Lovely garden, cozy and spacious terrace with grill, very well equipped and kept in perfect cleanliness. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, many different pots and dishes. All the facilities are thought through to the details. The hosts take great care of the comfort and everything necessary for the guests. It is felt in everything. We are grateful to them for the welcome cake, juice and tomatoes from their own garden. Our holiday was great, thanks to the friendly and harmonious atmosphere that reigns in the villa and the most gracious hospitable owners. We didn’t want to leave this beautiful place! We will definitely come back again and more than once :-) Thanks again, Silvija and Ivo! Greetings to Simba ;-)

    Everything was great. The apartman was as shown in the pictures and very clean. The host was very nice and helpful. The villa is located on the main road so the beach and the bus station to Dubrovnik are very close and there are market and bakery in front of the villa.

    Ideal location right by the beach between Dubrovnik and airport. Nice beach bar, big pool, lovely garden and spacious apartments in Villa Barbara with high trees in front of the balconies. Special thanks to the lovely, positive staff, especially to ELENA and MAJA from the reception! They gave us a very warm welcome and farewell and were there for whatever question or wish we had. Great job! Would definitely come back. 😊

    We had a fantastic stay here. Villa is beautiful and handily positioned for all the amenities on offer in Mlini. The owner Goran was amazing, and greeted us on arrival with his wife with a bottle of wine and beers! Nothing was too much trouble for them, regular pool cleaning and fresh towels throughout our stay and provided us with great advice and sorted out transport for 7 people when we needed it. I would thoroughly recommend Villa Avoca

    Carmen and the entire staff did an excellent job of making our vacation go well. The villa and our room was exactly what we expected. The room was clean and quiet with a great sea view. The pool area was quiet and clean. The location of the villa is great, close to the beach and shops. We felt safe and welcome. We would definitely come again. In addition, the wonderful restaurant Marinero is next door, with tasty fish and seafood

    Very well equipped holiday home. Spent a hugely enjoyable week here with lots of fun family time round the lovely pool with great views of the harbour. Jacuzzi and Sauna were easy to use. Bedrooms and living areas all v comfortable and tastefully decorated. Kitchen well appointed and there is even a bar with ice maker, drinks fridge and cocktail shaker 😁 Host was lovely and even got us some groceries when they found out the supermarket would be shut due to a change in public holiday laws.
