I loved the small cottage right next to the lake and the balcony to relax on. The bed was very comfortable with warm duvet. There was a fan but I didn't need it as the the weather was just nice. I loved the shower's very good water pressure and warm water. Some more there was a warm welcome as soon as I got off the ferry and the helpful staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay right up until I stepped back on the ferry. Loved the breakfast so much! Very tasty, filling and healthy.

I got very sick, which is no fun, specially as a solo traveller, and the ladies at reception helped me sooooo much. The younger sister drove me to the emergency room and even cooked and fed me some rice while I Could barely move. They brought me the food to my room, and where flexible and helpful with everything. Plus, the room is in perfect conditions, with nice views to the lake and close to everything (how shower was highly appreciated)

We stayed at Bagus bay 4 nights, really great place with lovely staff and “Bacon”, the bartender will help you with anything you want to know : good restaurant in town, good place to hang out, good price to rent a scotter,… and the food was very delicious

The place is by the lake with a private pier. Extremely beautiful views even from inside the room. Very spacious rooms and clean! Upstairs a very nice resto and fantastic view. Whatever we ate was very good! The host is a very nice guy and he helped us in everything we needed! Transport, shopping, sightseeing! We loved our stay there and we heartily recommend it.     It's a pet friendly hotel wuth nicw and gelpful staff. The amazung thing ia rgat we can catch fish from the fish pond abd take vegggies from rge garden and cook rhem in the villa. Rge kitchen appliances are well equipped. Really a nice stay.

Room is with natural ventilation, no ac is required at this highland region, and hot shower is provided as well. A lot of selections for breakfast, lunch, dinner, at affordable price range.
