ALL OF IT! Absolutely LOVED our stay here. I'm an UBUD regular and this has been one of my favourite stays on the island. The Villa is brand new, very clean and extremely peaceful. The staff are so lovely, extremely helpful, and made us feel very welcome. If you're looking for a place close enough to access Ubud downtown, but want the peace and serenity that Ubud life calls for - this is your place. There isn't a huge amount within walking distance, so would recommend you have a scooter for ease and freedom to get around. Otherwise, sit back, relax, and let the staff help you out.

We truly appreciated this wonderful accommodation in which we stayed for 4 Nights. The high ceilings provided an extra sense of freedom, making our stay even more enjoyable. The place was very clean and luxurious, and we had the option to have our room cleaned every day. Communication with the staff was always seamless and exemplary. The location was great as well—just a 5-minute drive to the center, yet peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle. We highly recommend this place!

You are staying in one of the palace's residence, not just a building within the compound but within the palace itself (maybe it's the guest quarters, but it is definitely a legit palace residence). The building decor is excellent, and your breakfast on the outside porch will feel amazing - literally next to traditional ornate structures. This also means you get entry into a "no access" zone not open to the public. You get free access to the palace when they collect entry fees for the performances and you can enter the palace even after the gates are closed. If someone stops you from walking to your accommodation, you can just tell them you are staying here and they will suddenly turn super welcoming instead. You're going to feel special while you stay here. Inside is clean, renovated and spacious. The location is as center of tourist attractions as you could possibly get. Even if the price was a lot higher, this would still be well worth your stay.

Everything was very nice, close to ubud. The architecture is very traditional, you really feel the balinese culture in there. The employees are extremely nice and kind, and you feel very welcomed. We met Nengah, he told us a lot about Bali culture and he made our stay very enjoyable.

Hotel staff Yuda and Agung are very helpful. Thank you for everything. The villa is very beautiful. The villa is 10 minutes away from the city center by motorbike. The garden and interior of the villa are very well-kept. Yuda brought our breakfast at the time we requested every morning.
