Grounds and house front are very well kept and clean. Again, a warm and welcome homly feel on entry to property. We had a wonderful stay. We were greeted so warmly on arriving and the lovely lady couldn't have done enough for us...she invited us to help ourselves to tea and biscuits and was so nice to our children. It's a top class b and b, beautiful house, lovely and spacious and modern and clean..couldn't fault one thing .breakfast was so good ..people were so kind and warm...super stay ..would look forward to going back
