Very friendly,helpful owner...we felt most welcome and it was very pleasant indeed to find we didn't have to pay extra for our dog. The house was beautiful and very comfortable. The location was super too.

These apartments are very convenient to the Kylemore Abbey, very well updated, spiral staircase to the loft, main bedroom on the main floor. Kitchen well appointed! Furniture was comfortable; however, only a love seat available in the family room; others had to use kitchen chairs. Beds were very comfortable; however, bed coverings was only a down comforter in duvet, no sheet or blanket. During the night, we had to uncover, then recover, etc. Common in all of our stays; not unique to this location. Location is spectacular, with a gorgeous view of the lake and mountains. Kylemore Inn is just up the road for dinner and breakfast; the host made our entire Ireland stay memorable!

The property was charming. The house was heated when we arrived after a long day of traveling thru Connemara. The animals were so gentle and lovely for the children. The house was fully stocked in the kitchen and great for us to be able to cook a few meals for our family.

Lovely spacious house right next to Connemara National Park and lovely beaches close by. Shop and restaurant a walking distance away. I stayed with my two dogs and the space was ideal for them. I am always delighted to find dog friendly accommodation. The house was spotlessly clean, beds were very comfortable and the house was lovely and warm on arrival. The host replied promptly to any question I had and was extremely accommodating and helpful when I had to amend my booking at the last minute. The only thing that might need checking is some of the blinds. One or two appear to be stuck open. This didn’t affect me as I only used one bedroom where they did work. In all, I’d highly recommend the house to solo travellers or groups with or without dogs in tow.

We loved the animals roaming around! The setting was beautiful! The home was adorable and very comfortable! We wished we had booked it for two nights instead of just one! Short walk to Letterfrack and a close drive to Clifton and Kylemore Abbey! Absolutely lovely farm cottage! We loved it and would love to return someday!

My daughters raved and raved about being in their own cottage. The cottages are very cute. They were wonderfully warm on arrival on a wet and windy day. The staff went out of their way to help us do laundry and enjoy the animals even after hours. We walked into town for dinner, a short jaunt. Great place.

The entire property is a part of the experience of staying in the farm. It is a joy to have the gentle & kind animals walking around - so fun! The cottage was huge & was perfect for a large group. We were 7 total with needing 5 bedrooms. We had an extra room! More beds than were necessary. Best part of the trip is the host family’s cat & dog came to the door each day & came in. The cat stayed the whole evening chilling with us. The dog smiled with a huge teeth smile to everyone! Even the goats wanted to hang out. True ambassadors ! Just loved it. Thank you!
