Our room was spotless and comfortable. Rookery Lane is just off the main street, so our room was peaceful and quiet. Just a 1-5 minute walk to all surrounding shops, restaurants, and pubs. We loved that there was a kitchenette and dining area. We highly recommend grabbing some snacks from the small grocer across the street. The bathroom was clean and contemporary. We were only here for one night, but we would love to come back and stay here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Patricia is a lovely person a great host. The house is clean and cozy. the room was very nicely decorated we had a very nice view and the bed was super comfortable. breakfast was delicious, she’s a great cook the b&b is very well located a short walk away Kenmare. you will definitely enjoy your stay here

It had stunning views across the bay and was an easy walk into town which was also pretty. Lots of great places to eat and drink in Kenmare. There were nice walks near the house too. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the host was fabulous.

Very pressionally run. We felt totally welcome and at home. Mary went out of her way to look after us and even gave us some travel tips which worked well for us. The full breakfast was delicious, the best we've had in Ireland and it set us up for the whole day.

Waterside Seaviews is located a 4 minute drive from Kenmare. Kenmare was an unexpected treat. Very cool town. Great restaurants. Very interesting and walkable. Jump-off point for the Ring of Kerry drive, which was a great trip. We would visit Kenmare again. Waterside Seaviews was a nice B&B. Well-maintained building. Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Good breakfast. Quiet location with good views of the water and the bridge into Kenmare. We would stay here again. The host was also very friendly, and a great ambassador for Kenmare and the region.

    Catriona went to pick us up in the village, very nice, she had things for breakfast, charcoal, everything very clean, she gave us lots of information about activities to do in the village, in the cabins everything is very nice, every detail very special, the sheep are beautiful , I would always come back.

    It was a spacious double storey apartment with spectacular views. It is another apartment, but perfectly fine. There is a full kitchen so we were able to self cater, fortunately, as we were about 9kms from the village and down a very narrow road.
