Homemade breads and rolls, plus a chocolate bar and bottle of wine that the girls loved. I wish I knew the fridge was fully stocked for breakfast items as we stopped at a store and purchased the same items to cook a full Irish breakfast. I'm sure the next guest will put the items to good use. We hope to come back for a longer stay to explore my wife's family ancestry area, and meet with the locals who know the history of the area.

Excellent accommodation - spotless inside with comfortable bed in quiet country location. First-class communications re instructions about the property plus useful information on pubs, restaurants, and buses etc. Mention also to McCarthy's Bar - 5mins walk.     From the moment I entered Park Lodge, I felt at home. Grace welcomed me like an old friend and shared a cuppa and fresh cake from the local bakery. She went over and above to ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. The room was spacious and well lit, beautiful decor, with a very comfortable bed. A selection of pillows on the bed allowed me to choose just the right one! Breakfast was filling and delicious. There was ample parking for my hire car, with easy access to the main road of the village. Highly recommended.
