The room was spacious and comfortable and filtered water was always provided. The price of the room was surprisingly low for the comfort and facilities provided. There was only 1 room in the property so it had a very homely feel. There was a nice vegetarian restaurant nearby and a large supermarket 15 minute walk away. The owner was very kind and helpful. He made sure we always had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. He arranged tours to Ellora and Ajanta Caves as well as transport to the airport and from the railway station. It was good to be met by a friendly face after a long train journey. The tours were very good value as well and both of the drivers tried very hard to make sure we had a good experience. The caves themselves were stunning. We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Aurangabad.

We had originally booked a different place but 2 days before check in realised that the place had really bad reviews. So we were very lucky to still find availability at Taj Bi Plaza. From the first communication before check in throughout the entire stay, our experience has been nothing but amazing! Atik and his team were SO kind and helpful, we've hardly ever experienced anything like it in India. We were allowed to check 4 hours before normal check in time! Atik arranged a taxi for a VERY good price (and with a super friendly driver) for us to see the Ajanta and Ellora caves, there was literally nothing we had to worry about. Check out was in the morning but when we came back from seeing the caves in the afternoon to pick up our luggage from reception (which they were kind enough to store for us), we were allowed to use the room again for a couple of hours before catching our night bus. The customer service has just been incredible and we felt so welcomed and cared for. Thank you for everything Atik & team!
