The brothers were exceedingly helpful and arranged a tuk tuk to collect us from the bus station at the proper price. Our room was a good size, and there was lots of hot water in the shower. The mattress in our room was quite firm, but not a problem for us. The WiFi connection was excellent, as was the AC in our room. There aren't any restaurants close by, but they prepare delicious food at the Haveli. We particularly liked the paneer bhurji and ate it twice. The rice portions are huge and we ate the meals on the rooftop. If you wish to eat elsewhere they will recommend places for you. They can help with all your plans and transport needs. We really enjoyed our stay there, and wish them all the success with their new business.

Rarely have we met such nice and kind-hearted people as Ahmed and his family. From the moment you enter the homestay, you feel welcome and part of the family. Ahmed helped us with every question and difficulty and made our stay in Bikaner really enjoyable. Khan is very welcoming and amazing, very helpful with the guests. The place is very nice and quiet, you can enjoy your relax. Cleaning is good. The food is very good. I recommend the Prince Haveli to everybody.
