it was great, the care taker of that cotttage where we stayed, shanmugham was extra ordinarily helpful and he was very good.

Clean, spacious, gracious host, family place, walking distance to South Entrance of the Temple. has kitchen to make tea, coffee. very useful especially for family and with kids. 4 single beds which were clean and comfortable. certain comments mention bed bugs, mosquitos and other things like no bathtub or shower. frankly, those are nitpickers who have to find a fault with anything. what next no swimming pool, sauna etc.,? people come to Tillai to visit the temple or to take shower in a bathtub ? and no there were no bed bugs and doors/windows were kept closed, so no mosquitos either.

really like the location of this property. it is very closed to the temple. the room is simple, and well maintened with a bathroom. after a day of travel, the room is great to take rest. The hosts are very nice and welcoming.

The garden swing was a great favourite and we spent many happy times watching the fish in the water with kingfishers darting about and the delicious early morning tea that was offered upon awakening. the saff were helpful and lovely. it was a very peaceful stay and an easy stroll from the railway station where we could pick up an auto rickshaw to the temple. Krish Garden is a little Sanctuary.

The family was very welcoming. The lady especially is very warm and maternal and a joy to be around. Home made food is served and you are not be requested to pay. The location is quiet - you hear birds and crickets instead of cars - and close to Nataraja temple (about 10 minute walk).
