Excellent location, preferred place for my future stay. They have the fix price policy if you stay direct which is super convenient. No bargain on price which you usually don't see in this part of world. Staff were super helpful and cleanest room to stay in India. Room is equipped with everything. Will recommend it to everyone coming outside India.

Ajay was the best host! Good communication and advice on transport before arrival, made me a personalised day plan to visit the highlights nearby on my first day and even lent me money as I didn't have any atm luck yet. Drove us to (many..) ATM the next day and showed us the shortcut to walk to the train station. Room is very large and beautifully decorated and clean. Breakfast was fresh, local and delicious. Nice safe neighboorhood to walk alone as a woman.

Staff were very nice and hardworking, especially Mr. Ankit and Rohit, who helped us a lot. Whenever we came in from outside, they both welcomed us. Mr. Ankit asked for water and food. We never felt like we were away from home. We always felt like we were at home, and they were there to help us. Morning, evening, or night, they were there to help us. If we needed anything, they provided us quickly. best guest services We've stayed at the Plada Hotel in our country, but after staying here and seeing the hospitality of the staff, we forgot about the service there. We were so happy to be here, and they should learn hospitality from you.

One of the best places I stayed in India! Very nice host. Provided me Good offer for money exchange and simcard. The rooms are very clean and cozy. Nice location in the center of Pahar Ganj, But no noise. Definetely, 10 of 10 and I will stay here again.
