Great option, if you want to be near the railway station, as it is only a 10 min walk away and easy to find. It is run by a lovely family, the room is spacious and spotlessly clean, wifi works, aircon too, there is plenty of hot water, the beds are super comfortable and all windows have fly screens. In addition to that, mami cooked us a tasty complimentary breakfast, poha with tea! Full points from us.

Excellent for staycations! Located near to Bhatye Beach. Rooms are neat and clean. Living room has a sea view balcony. Easily reachable via google maps. House help and host are very good. food was tasty. villa has parking area and small garden to play some games.

On our recent trip to Konkan, we stayed at Vishwas Homestay for two nights. It was a very peaceful and hassel free vacation. The atmosphere was very welcoming. The owners Mr. Gaurav and Mrs Minal went above and beyond in ensuring the same. They have created a wonderful tourist ecosystem with cooperation and respect of local small businesses. The rickshaw uncles Mr. Shivalkar kaka, Mr. Mane, the custodian/caretaker Mr Bashte(or Pashte?. Sorry if I misheard the names), the wonderful cook Ms. Riya, and also Ms. Vaishnavi- huge thanks to all these people for making us feel at home! Food: You get to experience the freshest locally grown produce cooked with good quality ingredients such as in a clean environment. Shivalkar kaka went fishing and we were lucky to enjoy freshly caught crabs and fish. Ms. Vaishnavi got the freshest leafy greens from her garden. Ms Riya cleaned and cooked everything just like a home made meal without unnecessary excess oil or food color. Location: the place is located in the hilly village of Kotawde. It was straight out of a maharashtrian story - with tiny red brick houses plastered with cowdung,, small farms, a cute children's primary school, mango, coconut trees, fussfree temples, home based cashew factories. If you are looking for a beach holiday, u can reach the beaches in 10/15 mins by rickshaw or car. I would strongly recommend using rickshaws and interacting with the people. It's a wonderful experience. Birds! : I don't own a professional camera, but we saw sooo many birds! Common kingfisher, oriental magpie, yellow sunbird, orioles, indian parakeet, and the highlight of it all - the gray hornbil ( not one,not two, but a whole bunch of 6!!!) Weather: we visited in December, so the weather was pleasant with dewy mornings. I loved my time here with my parents. A note to all the future visitors: its a homestay and not a hotel. We as tourists need to enjoy our time there likewise.

Hotel Sea Nest is amazingly beautiful with a very soothing interior and also a very eco --friendly terrace with a warm hospitality. A beautiful place to relax and makes us feel -at -home. i had a great experience during my stay there. The rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfil our needs. The food served there is very delicious. And also not forgetting to mention about the management, who are very pleasing. As a whole i had a very good time there and would surely like to visit there again. Special thanks to Mr.Advait Sir who helped us in every possible way.

Property was very tidy and clean, close to the beach and famous ganpati phule mandir which make out commute very easy. Market was also near to the property. Owner was nice and respectful made our checkin and check-out experience amazing.
