Kast Guesthouse is a good place to stop for an overnight between scenic locations. They have a small eating place where breakfast and dinner is served. Dinner was limited to 3 options but it was fantastic options. Breakfast selection was also very good.

Spectacular view of mountains, friendly owner- they’ve been running this business through generations. Newly renovated and very modern looking. Very cosy and not far from Kirkjufell. Celebrated Christmas dinner with owner and family and absolutely loved how welcoming everyone was. Oh, and food was very delicious!! Highly recommend!! Love everything about this place.
