Great location to see the northern lights, sadly we didn’t see them but the group the night before and after did since is secluded spot. Lovely waffles for breakfast, clean room with everything you need. We got dinner from a food truck in Hella but also had great kitchen facilities if you want to cook your own.

These cabins exceeded our expectation. The host met us on arrival and was friendly. He had thought of everything in the design of the cabins, and the outdoor showers were a nice touch. Very warm, comfortable beds and duvets, dark curtains and a peaceful environment. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Good location to stop before/after Landmannalaugar. It felt just like home at this place. I don't know why, but it just felt so warm, so relaxing.. when my fiance entered the room, she instantly said she could live there forever... friendly owners and very cool and cute dog. We had incredible staying in this holiday home, it exceeded all our expectations. We stayed for 1 night, but there everything you need for even longer staying. Apartment is clean and just in the middle of the nature, it is very quite, we slept well without any disturbing. We were satisfied with outdoor shower , despite cold weather it felt warm, amazing experience. If we have the chance we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended. Very romantic place.

The vacation home is absolutely perfect. We give it a rating of eleven out of ten stars. The house is not only tastefully and modernly furnished, but it also has everything you could possibly need. From spices, olive oil to shower gel and shampoo, and even bathrobes for the hot tub on the terrace. The hostess is extremely friendly and attentive, and if we visit the area again, we will definitely stay here.

Such a cosy and beautiful house. It was all nice and warm when we arrived. The bedding was super fresh. The location was beautiful, looking into a river and the village of Hella is so lovely, lots of twinkling lights. The house was also bigger than expected with very good bathroom and kitchen facilities. Amazing value for money, would definitely return.

Due to weather conditions, our travel plans had to change and found this place last minute. The host was very nice and accommodating. The villa was fantastic. I wish I found this place sooner and stayed longer. Very spacious and clean. Close to Selfoss. Beautiful view, isolated and private. Got to meet the horses and pet them too. I very highly recommend this place!
