The host was incredibly kind! When I mentioned that I was interested in the Puffin Patrol, they explained how it works and even lent me a box for the pufflings. When we happened to meet in town during the patrol, they kindly showed me how to spot them as well. The hiking course they recommended for puffin watching was absolutely amazing. The facilities were very clean, the bed was spacious and comfortable, and the location was very convenient!

We loved everything. The special extras were incredible....towels on the bed were rolled artistically, chocolate on the bed by the pillow, coffee beans already in the coffee maker, a huge work out room...

Excellent location right next to ferry terminal and within 2 minutes walk of all the shops, restaurants and tour companies. Stunning views of the harbour and surrounding volcanoes. Really comfortable beds and beautifully furnished apartment. Excellent value for money.

Easy check in and great apartment. It was sized well- very spacious apartment- and had all the necessary amenities and then some. It was very clean.
