Great location and lovely accommodation. The staff were amazing. We were leaving early and missing breakfast, so a basket was made up and left for us with all kinds of food for breakfast. We had a feast while walking on the Via Francigena. Thank you for going above and beyond.

Beautiful place in a lovely little town, good sized kitchen, very comfortable beds and pillows and amazing wine at a reasonable price from the host family's vineyard. We were able to keep our bikes in the basement and to check in early when it was raining - would highly recommend!

The location is perfect for exploring the town and nearby attractions, so it’s an ideal base for discovering Tuscany. Mattia and his uncle were very friendly and helpful throughout my short stay. I spent just one night there — the facilities were modern and complete, and the interior design was stylish and cool. When I asked if I could have a packed breakfast for my 6am departure, they kindly arranged it without hesitation. Pienza is such a beautiful little town — it’s a shame I didn’t have more time to explore. I’d love to come back and stay longer next time!

Borgo Villa a Tolli is an old winery that will take you back decades in time. The building has been renovated to make the stay of tourists comfortable, while preserving all the old elements. You go back in time - there is no TV and a bird choir wakes you up every morning. Christina is a wonderful hostess. The room was cleaned every day. Andrea was very welcoming, the attention to detail in the apartment was very evident, and the entire place spotless. The air conditioning worked well and we were so grateful for it! Fresh delivery of brioche in the morning, and top up of water bottles in the fridge. After we’d left Pienza, we realised our son had lost a toy. Andrea was kind enough to check at a cafe we thought we might have left it at.

    Great place on the ground floor. Large bedrooms, nice bathroom. A quiet place during the whole day . Excellent base point for exploring nearby towns and villages. Easy communication with Alessandro who gave us complete and detailed instructions regarding our stay (parking, keys...) We hope that in some future we will be back to this place.

    Our family got upgraded into a very nice 2-bedroom villa, with antique furniture and own garden, so what can I say, it was just perfect 3 days and nights. Bagno Vignoni is a great base camp to explore nearby villages and countryside.

    The location in the middle of town was fantastic and we had a lovely time in Bagno Vignoni. Access up to the village in off season is a bit difficult but we found an excellent English speaking taxi driver from Montepulciano. I have given his phone number to the hotel for anyone interested.

    A beautiful apartment full of character and so well located. It is a very spacious apartment with full size beds. Huge kitchen , very beautifully done up interiors with tasteful period furniture . . Lovely views of the town square of the ancient village and Tuscan country side from the other side. Just steps away from the Spas . Also a discount at the Spa Lot of Excellent restaurants near by. Would love to go back Highly recommended

    Absolutely unique place. In the middle of ancient village. Stylish apartment, fully equipped. As a cyclist I missed only washing machine but for one week stay it’s not an issue.
