The Emma house is a completely modern renovation in an old apartment block. It was clean, with wonderful facilities including a washing machine and an electric jug. It was a 5 min walk from the railway station and 20m from a supermarket and bakery. Lake Como was 5mins walk away. There were numerous cafes and eateries along the Lake foreshore. this was a relaxing and very comfortable accommodation. Highly recommended. The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly when contacted.

The apartment had all the facilities you could need (washer, kitchen, etc), we were able to cook every day, sit outside with a wine in the early evening, perfect for a couple. Bellano is away from the crowds as well, allowing for some peace and easy access to the ferries. Il porticciolo is located a few paces away from the station, and very close to the lake, top location. But most of all, the owner was very kind and extremely hospitable, we were left a bottle of wine and some snacks as well, it doesn't get a lot better than that! Couldn't recommend it enough, 5 stars.

We loved this accommodation and the view was spectacular! The directions provided were detailed and it was still a little tricky but we found it. Everything you would need to cook is there and acess to laundry with detergent supplied. It is a contactless accommodation and the host Roberta was very helpful through whatsapp.

Paula was a great host, very helpful and kind. I stayed here with my kids and we really enjoyed it. The accommodation is located above the town of Bellano, right on the Sentiero del Viandante trail, which we walked to Colico one day. The accommodation is very clean and practical in contact with local life. I highly recommend staying in Bellano, compared to other towns (Bellagio and Varenna) it is not so touristy and overcrowded, but cozy and pleasant to stay. We would love to come back! We even liked the church bells at 8 a.m. :)

There was everything we needed in the apartment. It was clean, check-in and check-out was comfortable. Also the view at lake como was incredible. The communication with the owner was easy and nice. A nice special was the smart TV to watch some Netflix at night. 10/10 would recommend!

    Very beautiful lake and Mountain View with neat pool area and Olive Garden. Quiet village, 30 min walk to the lake on adventurous trails. The apartment was well equipped, even with dishwasher. (Make sure to read the description of each apartment carefully, the equipment and comfort is different!!) The staff was really nice and always available via WhatsApp

    Everything was perfect! Great location, walkable distance from the train station, groceries, restaurants and the beach of Bellano. Beautiful view. We rented the whole Villa and loved all the apartments and the outside seating area. Mattea was super responsive and kind to us, he arrived himself to fix the door lock when it broke and agreed to change towels for all of us even before we checked out.

    It was everything we needed. Beautiful town, great villa. In our room was a balcony with a gorgeous view on the lake and mountains. Our suite was specious with private kitchen and comfortable bathroom. Our host helped us very much during our stay he also peaked us up from the train station and drove us to the villa. It was very kind of him.

    The hotel is a beautifully restored old villa. The staff Francesca and Manuella were so welcoming, helpful and very kind. With great knowledge of all places to visit,eat etc The garden and terraces overlooking the lake were lovely and nice to sit by the water and relax after a busy day sightseeing. Breakfast was super, well prepared . Cooked eggs when asked.

    The location was perfect, you can have a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. We took the train from Milan to Bellano, and Enzo was kind enough to pick us up at the station and took us to the villa, that was a really kind gesture of him. Definitely a great place to stay if you want to go to Lake Como.

    The Villa had such amazing views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. Being a short walk from the Bellano shops, it was easy to access restaurants, the train or ferry to visit other villages around the lake. We also appreciated the break from overly crowded areas!
