Wonderfull place, good location to see Puglia. Breakfast was very good, the host Grazia and Silvio are amazing, they make you feel welcome from the first minute you are there. Room is extremely clean, everything is new, compound is gated, security is top. On request, Silvio put a kettle in our room, my wife likes to make a cup of tea in the evening. We were there in april, but during summer, large pool available.

Very good location, in the city center and 20 min from Bari, there are restaurants and a bar nearby, the owner is very client-oriented, available at all times, the rooms are comfortable, clean, there is everything you need, as well as slippers, coffee and tea. The hotel is very friendly and helpful.

The apartment is on the second floor of a modern building with elevator. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need except for a microwave oven. It's a bed and breakfast accommodation with some croissants, muffins, plum cakes and the host even arranged for gluten free breakfast!     We experienced an extraordinary stay in this Villa, we spent a very good family time feeling like at home, we found Silvio and Grazia to be extremely hospitable and taking care of our comfort every single day! We enjoyed the modern pool with clean water and chilling garden surroundings, Italian style breakfast and view for olive garden at the back of the Villa. Choosing this Villa made our Italian holiday family trip a warm and nice memory! We are hoping to come back!

    I was made to feel like a royal guest, Silvio and his wife made me feel so welcome and accommodated all of my unusual requests :-) I felt like I was at home!! Secure and gated villa. The bedroom was modern, very clean and a pleasure to in, the toilet, bidet, shower sink all super clean and new. Loads of light gets into the room from the large sliding window / door which opens onto a shared very large balcony. Really tasteful design throughout.
