I recently had the pleasure of staying at a remarkable accommodation in Cascia, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the breathtaking views to the outstanding hospitality, every aspect of my stay surpassed my expectations. One important note to mention is that reaching the accommodation by car is preferable. Upon our arrival, we realized that public transportation options were limited. However, this turned out to be a blessing in disguise as the venue graciously came to our aid. We promptly contacted them, and Viani, a member of the staff, kindly offered to pick us up. It was a thoughtful gesture that instantly put us at ease and showcased their dedication to ensuring our comfort. To our surprise, Viani not only ensured our safe arrival but also went the extra mile by taking us to a nearby restaurant for dinner. This unexpected act of kindness truly exemplified their exceptional hospitality and made us feel incredibly welcomed from the moment we stepped foot on the property. It was as if we were part of a caring family. The hospitality extended throughout our entire stay, and I can't emphasize enough how at home I felt. The warm and welcoming atmosphere was complemented by the awe-inspiring view that surrounded the accommodation. The serene environment was perfect for relaxation and meditation, allowing me to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and embrace tranquility. The breakfast provided was a delightful experience in itself. With a diverse range of delicious options, there was something to cater to everyone's taste. The room itself was spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The cleanliness was impeccable, reflecting the dedication and care of the staff

Everything was AMAZING ! I went on a trip 4 nights with my mum. We didn’t rent a car for this trip because we like to explore walking or cycling . It was very beautiful. Family Baldassari is super super nice - they helped us when we needed to come from Cascia what is about 7km from Agriturismo . I understand italien more or less and I don’t speak - but even with this barrier it wasn’t problem . The food was excellent- really, everything is homemade and you can feel that all is made with love and passion. Room , restaurant everything is beautiful and clean . I was very happy that I made this choice and I came here , if I plan to come back to Italy - it will be definitely is this place . Grazie Mille 💖

Very nice accomodation with clean and cozy rooms. We got exactly what we wanted: comfortable bed, spacious bathroom recently renovated, well organized kitchen, mosquito nets that I’m always looking for 😀 host is a nice and very helpful lady, btw down on a street she has a nice restaurant with some traditional local food. Our choice to stay over night was fully justified!

It was all great except wifi(no internet ) which was on online advert when I was booking.

Everything! starting with the prompt response to all questions before our arrival, to the great service during our stay. Location is fantastic, you eat very well and kids had the chance to ride horses with a very passionate guide. Will certainly come back!

We had a wonderful stay in La cascina di Opaco. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, the rooms comfortable and the homemade breakfast delicious. We would definitely stay there again.

OK breakfast. Friendly owner of the place. Need to know italian, no english spoken there.
