Over ten days we toured southern Lazio region, stopping in seven different B&Bs. This was by far the best. The breakfast was the best - boiled egg, local ricotta, homemade cakes and biscuits, fresh melon one morning and 'trifle' the other. The bathroom had an amazing selection of toiletries - anything you may have forgotten to pack. The seating area had a large fridge, great coffee machine with loads of pods, almonds, homemade biscuits, oh and more biscuits! When we left, Claudia gave us a bag of... biscuits! Claudia found out where there were local feste for us too. A good game of ping pong to work off the biscuits...

What we liked most about the property was the stunning panoramic view! The house exceeded our expectations (the photos don’t do the place justice). There’s a beautiful balcony where you can relax and enjoy the scenery. Sabrina, the host, was exceptional, we immediately felt welcomed and at home. She regularly asked if we needed water or anything else, which was a really nice!

The palazzo is beautifully restored and adapted in a modern way. The furnishings, fixtures and fittings are of high quality and provide a calm and comfortable ambiance. The bed and pillows are exceptionally comfortable. Special thanks to my hostess, for whom nothing was too much trouble, and who was very happy to chat and help with any enquiries and requests. Continental breakfast cakes and pastries were excellent.

Everything was great, great location, big and very good room with very bog bathroom, all very clean. Parking space in the street with some parking pass from the guy who opened the room. Very nice guy and good breakfast.

Everything at il Rifugio Del Tempo was so wonderful and a truly special place. Loved my stay here. They were all so welcoming, friendly and kind. I was travelling on my own and needed a place to sleep for one night and they kindly hosted me at short notice. I had the best nights sleep ever. Quality facilities and all the attention to detail outstanding. Super clean and cosy. A delicious breakfast. I hope to return again next year and stay for longer so I can use the swimming pool. Highly recommended. Thank you so much for everything.

    Most beautiful setting surrounded by vineyards and only just an hour from Rome Ciampino. Extra large room in a Tuscan style villa, with a panoramic balcony overlooking the vineyards, farm animals and distant mountains. Beautiful sunset. Must, must, MUST stay for the very elaborate, locally made degustation dinner which was our best to date in Italy and was incredible value for money. All staff are most attentive and welcoming. Best agriturismo just outside Rome. Highly recommend!
