The place is very nice, the owner went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and also prepared a light dinner, although we had arrived out of restaurant hours. she was also very attentive to our needs, having 2 small babies. there is parking space, it's easy to reach (only when travelling with a vehicle), it was quite and restful.

Cosy apartment in the middle of charming Chiavenna, on the third floor of a beautifully renovated old building (with elevator). The rooms are not huge, but very comfortable and immediately felt like home. Great care has been taken with the tasteful furniture and the high-value stone materials used in the bathroom. The apartment is fully equipped with everything a traveller might wish for - it is apparent that the hostess put a lot of thought into making the guests comfortable, one feels very welcome. Central location in a pedestrian zone, therefore no car traffic. Very quiet, the only sound you will hear in the night is the sound of the river Mera close by. A large, inexpensive public parking space is conveniently located close by. Communication with the friendly hostess was very easy, she supplied complete information for finding the place and for check-in, and helped reserving a restaurant table although it was already quite late when we arrived. We met her in person at check-out and had a nice extended chat, it really is clear that she cares about her guests and their well-being. We really loved our stay here and are looking forward to come back some other time, it was one of the loveliest stay we booked via Booking.com ever!

Very well organised to get the key and the owner is attentiv and kind. I stayed for my birthday and he gave mi some birthday cake. The room is near to the center, with good facilities. I would book it again right away.

    Breathtaking views of the alps. Delicious and plentiful breakfast. Completely refurbished old school of the small village of Pianazzola. The B&B is an 8-minute drive up the mountain from Chiavenna. The host Andre is very attentive and provides helpful tips. The Skiarea Valchiavenna is a 45-minute drive away. Nice drive through the alps and easy to get to.
