Paolo was an absolute gem. Probably hands down the best host I have ever experienced. He picked us up from the train station. He showed us around a little. Then gave us suggestions on where to sight see. Took us to a restaurant for dinner that he highly recommends. He allowed us to leave our luggage at the apartment while we went and looked at the sights. He then drove our luggage to the cruise terminal. The apartment was better than I imagined. It was huge. Clean, very well equiped and feels homely. The apartment is a very easy flat ground 8 minute walk to the cruise terminal. I can not recommend this gem of a place enough. Paolo speaks Italian and uses google translate. He is extremely patient with communication and looks for alternate ways to help you. Well done Paolo and thank you so much for your hospitality. Apartman is very comfortable for two. We had a lovely stay. Everything was meticulously clean. The sleeping room is big enough and the bed is comfy. There is one extendable sofa in the living room, I would say for one grownup or two teens. The location is just perfect, near the city center, walkable. For the port, you will need a car/taxi. There were no taxis available on uber when we needed it, so Stefano drove us to the port. We are very thankful, Stafano. ☀️

Very high standard and clean inside. The staff was very serviceminded and accomodating. Especially through their transportation service that picked us up from the airport. Our plane was delayed 30 minutes and the luggage around 45 min. The driver waited though and the hotel contacted us to make sure the driver didnt leave without us.

The B/B was very cute, location to resturants was excellent, we were there for only 1 night, due to going on a cruise the next day, port 2.5 blocks away, very convenient. Kitchen equipped with ham, cheese, pasteries cereal, juice, coffee and snacks. Person in charge of check in, was very nice and helpful, with information on transportation options from Rome to Civitavecchia, before our travel to Rome. All in all excelente experience. Would recommend to friends. 😊

    The staff member was nice, he did come and pick us up when there were no taxis to take us. The breakfast was okay. No major selection but the croissant and coffee were good so as long as you dont have high expectations, then you’ll be fine. The actual villa is gorgeous and if ur there to simply chill out on site, then perfect.

    Villa Susanna is in a quiet residential area but just a pleasant walk from the beach center with many cafes, restaurants & shops. Also walkable to cruise ship port. This is a lovely lively resort area. The family owners are helpful & very pleasant. Would stay here again.

    This vacation rental was absolutely beautiful. The views from the balcony, the comfortable livingroom and the bedroom were above our expectations. The staff of Georgiana and Edwardo made us comfortable and so well taken care of with the fabulous breakfast, snacks always available, delicious coffee and mimosas served whenever we wanted. I would recommend this to all our family and friends traveling to this city.
