The location was truly wonderful, a bit outside the center. Our host Manuela welcomed us warmly and provided us with some excellent recommendations that were very helpful. Rooms were beautifully arranged and extremely clean, and the beds were very comfortable, which contributed to our well-being. The breakfasts were tasty and varied, providing an excellent start to the day. I would especially like to highlight the ample free parking available in front of the accommodation, which was very convenient. Overall, our stay at Foresteria was truly seamless and excellent. I sincerely recommend your accommodation to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in a beautiful setting.

What a fabulous house in an amazing location. The house has all gone comforts needed for any length of stay, whether you dine out, or in. Televisions, Alexa, Games, or chill in the garden with a bbq. You can walk to the shore of Lake Como in 10 minutes. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. The scenery around the lake is spectacular. My friends and me loved our stay here, while touring around Europe on motorcycles. I would highly recommend this pace, and very reasonable price also for the quality of the house.

Our stay at La villa del lago in terrazzo was incredible! The villa is located lakeside, allowing us to enjoy breathtaking views right from the terrace. The interior of the villa is stylishly decorated, combining modern conveniences with authentic details to create a truly cozy atmosphere. I particularly loved the spacious terrace where we spent most of our time, enjoying the peace and quiet nature offers. The owner of the villa, David, was very attentive and helpful, always ready to assist with any question. This is the perfect place to escape the city bustle and fully recharge with nature’s energy. I'm looking forward to the opportunity to return here again!

Our stay at villa was simply outstanding! The villa provided a perfect blend of luxury and relaxation, making it an ideal getaway. Outdoor Jacuzzi: One of the villa's highlights was the outdoor jacuzzi. It was an absolute delight to unwind in the warm waters Attentive Owner: Davide, the villa's owner, was incredibly attentive and hospitable. He made sure every detail was taken care of and was always available to assist with any needs or inquiries. His local knowledge was invaluable for exploring the area. Nearby Restaurant: Another perk was the lovely restaurant just across the garden. The food was exquisite, offering a range of delicious local dishes. Proximity to the Lake: The villa's location was ideal, being within walking distance of a beautiful lake. Overall, our experience at villa was exceptional. The combination of luxurious amenities, careful attention from Davide, and the charming surroundings made it a truly memorable stay. We highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious escape!

The villa is amazing, there’s restaurant just there with amazing food. The apartment was excellent, comfortable spotless and a lovely terrace with stunning views. We were delighted to see a washing machine after a week of hotels. Kitchen was well equipped so well that we decided to cook rather than eat in restaurants ( you can get tired of that). The terrace is a beautiful spot with table and chairs to dine out. Even a good table cloth was provided. The kitchen had a dishwasher and tablets were provided for it and the washing machine. A home from home. Very comfortable large bed. The mill conversion from a ruin to stunning apartments is a tribute to the young owners. Claudia in particular was a lovely host. Calico has a ferry service that allows you to visit all the towns in the area. We got a later ferry in Bellano a few km down the road as we were too late for the Calico one. We enjoyed our lazy breakfast on the terrace. A wonderful place to relax

    I don't even know where to start - the stay at Francesca's excellent Foresteria Villa Margherita was amazing from start to end! She is a very welcoming person and cares about every guest. It's a familiy environment which we absolutely adored. The pool and the view is stunning, so are the rooms. Very cosy, easy but with style, clean and large. I hope we can return this year again!
