Clean and comfortable room with big bathroom. Very nice and friendly owner, ready to help and give recommendations for dinner, sightseeing, taxi and other things. Great location. Very close to city central street. The bus station is on the opposite side of the hotel and it was very easy to catch the bus in the morning. The public transport stop to the train station is also near the hotel.

Very professional staff and the rooms were extremely clean. We had a little balcony overlooking the quiet street below. Breakfast was very good. Would recommend staying here if you are visiting Cosenza.

As an experienced and 'old' architect, I found this historic house absolutely stunning. This meticulously restored 17th-century building not only preserves the stories of yesteryears but elevates the experience with rooms that are nothing short of artfully curated masterpieces. The hosts have managed to strike the perfect balance between preserving the historical integrity of the house and providing the amenities expected by today's travelers. The rooms are elegantly decorated, featuring plush bedding and modern conveniences, ensuring a comfortable stay without compromising the property's historic allure. The breakfast was delightful, brimming with Italian delicacies. Cosenza was also a pleasant discovery.

The accommodation is in a quiet, peaceful area. Although there is little sunshine, this is an advantage in summer. The TV has NETFLIX and the Wifi is very fast. The washing machine and tumble dryer have also proved very useful. The owner was very fair as we had to extend our reservation almost every day due to the delay in repairing our car. On the one hand, the accommodation is not far from Cosenza, but on the other hand, Mendicino is well worth a trip further along the road.
