We had an amazing stay! The place is large, was clean and is in walking distance to the beach. There is a grocery shop nearby and a cafe for breakfast. Also a great vegetable shop/market in 5 min walk. The host Federico is the best! He went above and beyond to make our stay outstanding. We had some issues related to our trip which he helped to solve. He also recommended a few great places for our evening. And the sunset on the beach is amazing!!!

The location is 20 min away from Rome Fiumicino airport by car. I only needed to be there for a few hours, to have some rest between flights. I wished I could stay for more. Everything is clean and comfortable, the room is spacious, all equipment in the bathroom is modern. I appreciate that I found the breakfast meal in the room at my arrival, because they knew I won't be there in the morning to enjoy it. The restaurant was closed when I arrived, but there is a bar nearby where someone can have a good snack and some expresso for a really good price. Many thanks to Ms. Simona who coordinated wonderfully the check-in and my transfer from and to the airport. Also Mr. Gigi, the driver providing the above mentioned transfers, is a very kind and helpful person.

This is my first time going abroad. I was Lucky to choose Villa Vanessa The environment of Fregene is very good, with high vegetation coverage, tranquility, and friendly residents. Suitable for vacation and avoiding stress, I really hope to come here again in the future. As a country with the largest number of cultural heritage sites. Italy is worth visiting many times. Great for self check-in, but needed to take a taxi, there is no public transport during night. Would be great for someone who is renting a car. We just spent couple of hours during one night, comfortable bed, nice bathroom.

A last minute booking due to a delayed flight, the reservation was handled promptly and efficiently with detailed instructions on how to enter the property, which is well located in Fregene close to the beach, airport, shops.     Close to some local restaurants which proved to be really tasty, of course... The beach is right on the doorstep. 2 mins most. Plus it’s just a short hop into Rome centre by bus to Cornelia and quick metro. The Villa is amazing and really well kept and comfortable. We had 7 adults and it was brilliant. The host was very welcoming and friendly. The private pool was very nice!! Highly recommended!

    Great supermarket just around the corner for dinner supplies and delicious treats at the bakery 30m away for breakfast. Easy to find free parking outside during quiet tourist season. Small but complete kitchen and 15min stroll down to the beach through holiday homes.
