If You see this place available do not look anywhere else, simply book it! We were delighted with both the quiet location and the amenities provided, breakfast consisting of local product was delicious and Kelly is a fantastic host! There is a beautifoul garden and a place to park your car! Nearby restaurants have a variety of choices from Italian or a bit more hardcore meat-only places. A nearby surf beach bar is great for the sunsets, and a nearby market if you need any basic products has it all in. We would love to go back there!

My partner and I hired a car from Bologna and drove to Malcesine (you will need a car) before heading across to Venice and then down to Tuscany. Malcesine is a hidden gem, the drive down to the lake was spectacular. Our stay at Guesthouse Grandview was magical. The property is higher up and the view of the lake was absolutely breathtaking. Monika, the host of the property was super friendly and helpful with many recommendations on where to visit, eat and swim - we truly felt part of the family with the level of hospitality that was provided from all the staff including the resident dog! The room and property were kept in pristine condition and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay including free parking. If you don’t feel like a drive down to the town there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance (which were amazing) otherwise a drive down to the picturesque town only takes about 15 minutes or so where there is a supermarket, as well as many shops and restaurants to explore on the lake. Highly recommend booking this property and exploring what Lake Di Garda has to offer - a must add to your Italian road trip holiday! Thank you Monika, we look forward to returning in the future - Andrea & Pana.

    The best location what you can get near the Garda lake. Very cosy and small villa, inside and outside everything was well maintained. Also we really liked organic fresh breakfast and the best Limoncello Spritz all around the area ! Our small apartament also had a balcony where we could spend hot summer evenings. The villa staff was very friendly and very helpful.

    First time visited Malcesine and absolutely fell in love and this property is a rare find! Villa Fiori is beautifully situated close to the town but while also remaining private for guests. The apartments were very spacious with a little private terrace overlooking the castle and well maintained. It is the perfect location, it’s a 5 minute walk into the town and the cable car right next to the property. Paolo and his family were very helpful and friendly. Really hoping to come back in the future!
